Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Federal Way

Breathtakingly beautiful scenery on all sides of the house. Very professional host. Comfortable beds. Great personal touches. Right away you notice that you are much closer to the water than it looks in the photos. And in late May, so many flowers everywhere. I will never forget watching an eagle swoop down and grab a fish out of the water.

Amazing place! I stayed here for three days and absolutely loved it. The house was very clean, beautiful, and cozy — exactly like in the photos. A special thanks to the hosts: they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and responsive, always available to help. I felt right at home. Highly recommend and would love to come back again!

This house felt like walking into someone’s grandma’s house and it was just right. Exactly what we needed for one night after a long day of travel. The outdoor area was a great place to enjoy to mild weather.

I had an amazing stay at this cozy place. It was amazing. I was there for a week with family attending wedding and I must say it was safe and very peaceful place. As per the house- super clean and well maintained. Linen was freshly washed, amazing kitchen appliances. Cute and cozy is a perfect description. Dana is an amazing host. She is super responsive and amazing In all the way. Very friendly and easy to communicate with. I will recommend everyone to stay here and will comeback soon. Thank you Dana for everything! 🙌🏼❤️

This home is magical! The views are amazing and the beds are comfortable. Walking on the beach, kayaking and playing "name that critter in the sound" were just a few of our favorite things. I also had a couple questions for the host and he was super responsive. If this place is available for your dates, snatch it up!

Perfect location. The apartment was bigger than expected (helped by high ceilings). The washer/dryer were clutch for a 10 day stay. The bed was firm but very comfortable (slept like logs the whole time). We loved watching the sunset over the Sound in the back yard. Genet was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This was our second time staying at Stephanie’s house, and I can confidently say it’s the only place I want to stay at when I am visiting Tacoma. It was absolutely perfect the first time—and somehow even more perfect the second. Exceptionally clean, very quiet, and with a super responsive host. The location is great—close to stores, restaurants, and parks. The bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. It’s truly a gem!

Had a great stay here with our dog Sammie! For a studio it has a good amount of space and felt very homey. Lots of nice touches and upgrades. Really loved the shower space with a lovely frosted window featuring a beautiful forest scene. The deck is fantastic too. Nice and private with outdoor furniture for lounging and a great view of the trees below. The whole place gets wonderful natural sunlight in the morning. It also features a cool work-from-home space with monitors that we took advantage of. There are string lights on the deck which is awesome but we couldn't figure out how to turn them on and off. They seemed to be on a timer? I inquired about how they worked but didn't hear back so we just ended up unplugging them at night so they wouldn't affect our sleep. The well-manicured yard worked well for our little dog but I don't think it's fully fenced in on the side. If your pooch likes to run off, keep an eye on that. Wholly recommended!

Our stay at Serene Shadow Lake was exactly what we needed. Absolutely beautiful view of the lake with the eagles, humming birds,and geese, loved listening to the song birds, and frogs. Felt at home and slept like a dream. Would highly recommend.

Another wonderful stay! This is my second time to enjoy these accommodations, and I’ll always stay here when I’m in the area. The bed is SO comfy, hot shower, coffee and sweet cream, chocolates, water bottles… just a great stay. Such a cute little apartment! 💗

Perfect place to recover after surgery. The variety of places to sit and relax was excellent. Really enjoyed the outdoor sitting areas. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook including good quality knives and cookware (much better than many other places I've stayed). Lots of thoughtful details like beach towels and chairs, outdoor blankets, binoculars to watch birds and boats, extra blankets and pillows. The host was responsive to a couple of special needs and we enjoyed the baked goods they provided. It is a bit of a drive to restaurants or grocery stores which was fine for us. It was perfect for rest and relaxation.

Lovely relaxing renovated space. Lots of comfy places to sit and enjoy the view. Beds were cozy! Every extra thing you could possibly need there, lots of lovely touches. We came here with our toddler and older mother. We found parking in the back easily and felt safe to leave our cars. The stairs were a bit much for my mom who has a hard time with stairs in general. But she said it was worth it for the view. We had tons of stuff to bring in and out with the toddler we had a good work out loading the car. Over all beautiful space and would love to stay again!

The apartment was super clean, really comfy, and had everything we needed. It felt cozy and relaxing — like a little home away from home.

This house is incredible. The location is perfect, walking distance to many food and drink spots. There is an amazing coffee shop right on the corner. Sauna and soaking tub are relaxing. The house is clean and organized and has clear instructions. Hosts are helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

Beautiful view of Angle Lake. So peaceful and relaxing. Close to the Light Rail station, airport, and I-5 access. Very convenient location. Owner was very helpful and friendly. The unit was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Xuanlu’s place was great! It’s in such a good location, allowing you to walk to many tourist attractions. The Space Needle is about a 6-minute walk, and Pike Place Market is about a 25-minute walk. Xuanlu was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had. My partner and I really liked this place—we’d definitely book it again!

日本からサッカーのクラブワールドカップの試合の為に泊まりました。 最大6人で泊まりましたが、日本の1LDKとは広さが段違いなので充分寝られました。（とはいえ大人だけなら5人がおすすめです。） 観光の中心地にありシアトルの観光地へはどこでも歩いて行けて、車なしでも凄く便利でした。 豊富なタオルや寝具、どでかいベッドとエアベッド、食器類も鍋もありスタバのコーヒー粉が複数種類揃ってました。 ホストのロバートさんは返信も早くフレンドリーで、こちらは翻訳アプリを駆使してたまに楽しいトークもしてくれて凄く楽しかった！ （日本でも人気になったバンドのメンバーだったそうで☺️） セキュリティも良く安全な都会のおしゃれマンションです。 ちなみに記載の住所を日本からGoogleMAPで調べると違う建物が出てきますが、写真の素敵なビルが正しいです。 I stayed here while visiting from Japan to watch the FIFA Club World Cup. There were up to six of us staying, we all slept comfortably. The location is right in the heart of the city, and we were able to walk to all the major sightseeing spots in Seattle — super convenient even without a car. There were plenty of towels and bedding, a huge bed and an air mattress, cookware and dishes, and even multiple types of Starbucks coffee grounds stocked! Our host, Robert, was very responsive, friendly. The building is modern and stylish with great security — we felt very safe throughout our stay.

We really enjoyed the stay at Brianne’s place, great location surrounded by nice restaurants and cafes, the place is very cozy and clean. We never get tired of the view of the balcony! Highly recommended!!!

House was in a great location with a lot of restaurants nearby. Apartment was stocked very well with amenities needed for our stay. Garage parking that came with the house was very convenient. Nitpick: Dropping the parking fob back in the house after taking the car out of the garage is a bit tedious.

Second time staying here! It’s a great place to stay within walking distance from the ferry & Winslow. Rachel was a super host - very responsive and gave great local recs! Would definitely stay here again.

The AirBnB was perfect for a week long stay in Seattle. Its right in downtown, so you can walk down and get to restaurants, shops and more. Pike place and waterfront are at walking distance too. I could go on runs with my dog along the waterfront. Its a secure building which made the experience more safe and relaxed for me.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! It has stunning views of both Mt. Rainer and the city. Nice privacy in a quiet part of town, but only a short 20 min drive into downtown Seattle. The owners were also super friendly and attentive!
