Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Just behind the house begins the forest and it is not far to the lake. Within walking distance, the S-Bahn train, which is in the center of Munich in 35 minutes, runs directly to the Oktoberfest.
