We stayed over the weekend and the apartment met our expectations and needs. Looked like on the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped. Comfortable bed. We traveled with our baby, and we asked for the cot. When we arrived it was prepared for us. If you like walking like we do, it takes you only half an hour to the old town, apartment located close to the Mur, so you can have a nice walk there. Julia is friendly and responsive. Thanks a lot.

Loved this location! Peaceful, quiet, small town country feel, yet very close to all the amenities of Graz! Josef greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house and surroundings. He was very friendly and spoke English well. Our first impression was the stunning yard, with beautiful trees, garden and so many flowers, thanks to Marianne’s passion! We enjoyed both outdoor decks which was nice to choose, depending on the weather. One has a roof. The house was well equipped and had comfortable furniture. The gift of a litre of apple juice from their orchard was delicious! We also appreciated the garage parking. All in all it was a Wonderful stay, and we would love to return!

Beautiful apartment, the location was perfect, just a 15 min walk from the inner city and near a nice park to chill in. We really enjoyed our stay here and it contributed to our great time in Graz. Davide was a wonderful host and would recommend him highly to anyone☺️.

I call it the house of short distances! 30 minutes in each direction, whether Graz or the Weinstraße, Vulkanland or the Sausaltal with Demmerkogel and so much more. You will be living in a very enchanting area, which has an excellent infrastructure and is perfect for cycling tours (very good maps available). We were there for 14 days and the time was not boring at all. Eva and Georg's accommodation is beyond reproach, special mention for the kitchen equipment, where really no wish remains unfulfilled. Eva and Georg themselves are very warm people, they are helpful, very nice and you feel comfortable right away. It was the first stay in southern Styria and the region surprised in all respects, and positively. You can also work very well, the WiFi is great and absolutely stable. Our thanks go to Eva and Georg, thank you also for the valuable tips. Just go and enjoy! J+I

Great modern apartment with well equipped kitchen. Super clean. The apartment has a huge balcony with long sunshine. It sleeps very well in the bed. A large bathroom with a great shower cubicle. From the underground parking space, you can easily reach the apartment by elevator.
