Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Sie ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach München und in das südliche Münchner Umland oder als Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg in den Süden oder Norden. Der Westerhamer Bahnhof (4 Min. mit dem Auto bzw. 20-25 Min. zu Fuß) sowie der S-Bahnhof Aying (12 Min. per Auto) bieten eine Zuganbindung sowohl nach München als auch nach Rosenheim. Die IHK Akademie Westerham ist 5 Autominuten entfernt.

Via highway or S-Bahn, you are in 30 minutes in the center of Munich. Almost all furniture was made or restored in our carpentry shop. All apartments are barrier-free and largely suitable for wheelchair users. In the surrounding area there are numerous activities that will make your stay in the 5-lake region exciting.

In the fully equipped kitchen you can cook together, and in the large living room in front of the fireplace you can relax after a great day in nature.

Our apartment offers 64 m² of space for 2-4 people and stretches over the ground floor of our former family home (built in 1950). Located in a quiet village, the 2.5-room apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and lovingly furnished. It has a large garden and is an ideal base for cycling, hiking, swimming, skiing and city trips.
