Majas Hütte is a former hunting lodge in the middle of the forest, which has been transformed into a cozy nest. The small wood-burning stove in the rustic room with kitchenette generates cozy warmth, while a second stove in the bedroom ensures a feel-good atmosphere. From here you have access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the first rays of sun or the moonlight and starry sky. And if you are patient, you may be rewarded at dusk with a visit from deer, foxes or rabbits!

My apartment is located in the beautiful Mangfalltal in the heart of Feldkirchen-Westerham (district of Feldkirchen). It is the ideal starting point for excursions to Munich and the southern Munich area or as a stopover on the way to the south or north. Westerham train station (4 minutes by car or 20–25 minutes on foot) and Aying S-Bahn station (12 minutes by car) provide train connections to both Munich and Rosenheim. The IHK Akademie Westerham is a 5-minute drive away.

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Great vacation home for up to 2 families (max. 9 people) in the idyllic Mangfall Valley with large living/dining area and large garden. Ideal starting point for holidays in Upper Bavaria between Munich and Salzburg. The house has 2 family rooms with 4 or 5 beds, a large bathroom and another toilet. In the fully equipped kitchen you can cook together, and in the large living room in front of the fireplace you can relax after a great day in nature.

Our apartment offers 64 m² of space for 2-4 people and stretches over the ground floor of our former family home (built in 1950). Located in a quiet village, the 2.5-room apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and lovingly furnished. It has a large garden and is an ideal base for cycling, hiking, swimming, skiing and city trips.
