The apartment is located in a detached house on the outskirts of Au, a small extra district of the municipality of Bad Feilnbach with direct views of the Bavarian Alpine foothills. Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without through traffic. The nearest highway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4 km away. From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

The beautiful spa town of Bad Aibling can be reached in 5 minutes by car, Munich and Salzburg in about 1 hour. Whether wellness in the thermal baths of Bad Aibling or Bad Endorf, whether hiking, cycling, skiing, excursions in the nearby surroundings or walks right outside our front door in beautiful nature, Karina and Andreas welcome you warmly!

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. My apartment is near Munich (45 km) and is within the so called "Oberland" upper land with its mountains and lakes. The apartment is cosy and light with a comfortable double bed, kitchen and bath room. Perfect for couples, singels, adventurers and also for business people.
