Location: The apartment is located right in the historic center, so one can easily walk everywhere, including the train station. Apartment: It is very spacious, and the living room/kitchen is constantly light-filled, mostly due to the unobstructed panoramic view from the two windows. It is very modern and surprisingly quiet, even though it is in a rather busy area. Everything was spotless. Services: There were very good cafes, restaurants, shops, a large supermarket, and other services nearby. Host: I did not get to meet Andrea, but he was very proactive and very patient. All the instructions were very clear, and he always replied quickly. I highly recommend.

Beautiful, newly renovated house in Medesano, near Parma. Very nice, high quality apartment with all amenities. You can open and close the gate and the apartment from your phone with an app, also many things in the apartment are QR code, very professional. Nino was always willing to help if we had any questions. The house is a very good base for exploring Parma, Modena, Cremona, Mantova, but even Bologna, Verona or Milan are quite quickly accessible. Each city is more beautiful than the other, full of first class monuments of art history. We visited Luciano Pavarotti's house near Modena, it was very interesting and moving. I highly recommend this beautiful accommodation to everyone.

Location, location, location! If you’re looking for a secluded, peaceful spot that’s still within walking distance to restaurants and beaches, this place is perfect. Virginia was a wonderful host—super responsive and thoughtful. She even got us a parking pass for our car, which was a huge help. The view is stunning, and the area is quiet with plenty of shade, plus a sunny area below if you want to soak up the sun. The full kitchen was a great bonus. The town itself is charming—quiet with lots of great restaurants. And the beach? Amazing. When you walk down from the house, head left of the port where the boats come in—that stretch is all soft sand with no rocks in the water. Highly recommend this stay!

From start to finish, the experience was perfect. They were waiting for me the moment I walked into this beautiful cobblestone street where the apartment is located. They have a nice binder that has all the information that you will need to make your stay a blessing one. If you reach out, they will recommend the best way to plan to your activities. I came here for this amazing concert and I couldn’t be happier that I booked Paola’s place. This will be my go to place next time I am back In Parma, hopefully next year!
