Which of these herbal teas should I choose now? Come on, let's listen to some music from the smart TV! Marco complimented me on this choice, won over by the warm and welcoming atmosphere here too! Then it's great that in 3 minutes you're already in Piazza Matteotti, full of shops, taverns and restaurants.

It's a 5-minute drive to the station, hospital, and supermarkets. A short walk away you will find a pharmacy, pizzeria, pastry shop and the bus stop for bus no. 4 that passes through the center and the station. The historic center is also easily reached on foot in 15 minutes.

Cozy 1bed/1bath of about 40sqm (430 sf) in the city center of Udine. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (walk up) and overlooks the quiet Via del Sale. The unit has been recently refurbished. ***Important Note*** the parking on the street (Via del Sale) is resident only. You can park temporary to load/unload but we suggest to park the car in Via Mentana close to Moretti Park (free) or Magrini Parking (public toll parking) to avoid tickets and fines-

It can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people and is served by all the city's urban lines. *** The city of Udine has introduced a tourist tax for those staying in the city as of 02/01/25. The amount is €1.50 per night per person up to a maximum of five nights. It will be collected upon arrival directly from the Host.
