L'appartamento si trova al secondo e ultimo piano. È stato da poco completamente ristrutturato, bagno e cucina sono nuovi. L' arredo è moderno. C'è un lettino smontabile per bambini. Al piano interrato c'è un piccolo garage, ma non è difficile trovare parcheggio subito fuori casa. C'è un bel giardino comune e una terrazza.
