Bright and delicately decorated apartment. Built as a hotel suite, with living room, bedroom with kitchenette, large shower and bathroom. Here you can relax in a quiet and rural setting. There is a large double bed and a bunk bed. Risør, Kragerø and Tvedestrand are only 40 minutes away by car. In the summer, you can visit some of Gjerstad's fine swimming areas such as Sandåkerhølen or Kleivvann. There is also a short way for those who like cross-country skiing and at Gautefall you can ski downhill. Hunting grounds can be rented through Statskog

Large garden with play equipment. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6 (plus own baby bed) Note: part of semi-detached house, simple standard,- older kitchen and bathroom, lovely peaceful space. Second unit is also rented and any guests in other unit are to be expected. If needed, the second part can also be rented, a total of 12 beds for the entire place. Newly built cabin from 2021 with fantastic hiking opportunities summer and winter. Sunny and nice patio. Only 1 1/2 h from Dyreparken in Kristiansand. About 1 hour from Kragerø, Risør and Fyresdal. Felle is a great area with fishing, biking, skiing and hiking. The cabin is well equipped, contains the living room/kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with washing machine and loft. Dalane, Drangedal - brewery house

This is a brewery house from 1646, renovated in summer 2020. The house consists of a main room with a cozy living room and a brand new kitchen and well as a bathroom. On the loft there is a new double bed. Firewood free for own consumption (must pick up yourself in garage / woodshed). You can clean out of the apartment yourself or order cleaning (550kr). There are duvets and pillows in the beds, but bed linen must be rented outside for kr. 75 per set. Not sleeping bags.

Boat arch, right on the waterfront. Kayaks June-September

Cozy boat house in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boat arch is located right on the seafront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from June-October.
