We are a 2 minute walk to the river and shops of St.Ives. It is just a ten minute walk to St Ives’s famous ‘Guided Busway’, where regular buses will whizz you into Central Cambridge in less than 40 minutes

Annexe self-contained accomodation.

Opened in Sept 2020, the Annexe is bright and comfortable. It is in the beautiful village of Needingworth, close to St Ives and within easy reach of Cambridge. There are many scenic walks nearby. The Annexe is adult only and is a cosy apartment which includes a living room with kitchenette (microwave cooking only), a bedroom with king-sized bed and a shower room with walk-in shower. There is off road parking. Look out for all the little touches that make your stay complete!

Situated just a 5 minute walk to the train station with direct lines to Cambridge & London Kings Cross, and a mere 10 minute walk to Royston’s historic town centre and supermarkets. The apartment occupies part of the ground floor of my house, it has its own door. It is large, beautifully finished and well equipped. There are many restaurants, pubs and sports facilities within a few minutes walk. I am on hand to help if you need it. Loughton village is close to the city centre yet has lots of old world charm with two pubs that were posting houses on the Watling Street and a variety of places to eat in walking distance.
