I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Lauren was a fabulous host, nothing was too much trouble. My request for a birthday cake for one of our party was met with "I can arrange that for you and would you like candles and balloon decorations too." I got the brownie points but Lauren did all the work. The accommodation was beautiful on arrival and it bought on some very happy birthday tears. Spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard throughout, and it comes with a nice little private garden. The site is wonderful and has everything you could need, from a good breakfast to some lovely walks around fishing lakes. My girls had a wonderful long weekend at Laurens accommodation and,although not home yet, are already planning a return trip. Thanks again Lauren... 5*.

From 1st contact, Patricia was quick to reply & friendly. Her lodge was spotless and equipped with everything u cld want. Welcome pack of bread / milk etc such a lovely thought. Flowers and plants around the lodge are absolutely beautiful! The park itself is so peaceful. Would definately recommend

We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

Ekaterina's place is a lovely old house with oodles of character and two beautiful gardens. The outside table was a lovely spot to have breakfast in the sun looking over the garden and just as delightful for dinner. Ekaterina was super helpful as well and her son charmed us all. Thank you.

Lovely home, felt very comfortable there- we had 4 children between 4 adults, and it felt like a lived in house- therefore we were not panicked about the children just being children!! The pool was a lovely temperature and our children enjoyed it thoroughly. House nice and warm, kitchen and lounge area which overlooks the swimming pool were a real hub of the home- a very nice space. All in all a great find for when we need to be in Hertfordshire! We would stay again.

Had a lovely weekend, the location is quiet and beautiful and is an easy drive into Towcester and Northampton. Hosts were really lovely and would highly recommend

The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything a guest could need - from quality linens and toiletries to a well-equipped modern kitchen. The location was ideal - peaceful yet convenient to local attractions. Every detail showed a commitment to comfort and hospitality. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with the service and polish of a five-star hotel in the most stunning location and surroundings. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for something a cut above the usual. We would absolutely return without any hesitation. This was our second stay at this beautiful farm cottage on the outskirts of Olney, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. Nestled in the heart of stunning countryside, the setting is truly tranquil—surrounded by fields, trees, and plenty of sheep, it’s the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature. The cottage itself is incredibly cosy, immaculately clean, and feels like a true home away from home. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. Penny is an outstanding host—warm, welcoming, and always happy to help, she makes the entire experience feel personal and effortless. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

This accommodation was a home from home made working away a little easier, very clean and comfortable located well for amenities. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay again 👍🏻☺️

In a really great location and one of the cheapest places in the area. Bernadette was very responsive and helpful. Beautiful house and immaculate on arrival. Had plently of amenaties (iron / hoover / cutlery) which was great!

Spacious property and very homely. Lots of little extras such as cooking oil, herbs and spices, a range of teas, hand cream, cotton wool etc. My son said the sofa bed in the second room was really comfortable. The matrass in the main bedroom fell a little lumpy in places but the pillows were nice and I did sleep well. I would stay again. Thanks Wendy.

We had a wonderful stay at the Farmhouse. It was bigger than we expected from the photos and very comfortable. Inside had everything we needed (and more!) including toys and games for the little ones and the gardens were just beautiful. We had lots of fun on the tennis courts! Lots in the area for young families. Hosts were very responsive whenever we had queries. Would recommend and would very happily stay again.

We had a great time during our stay. Nick was a great host who went out of his way to accommodate our needs during our 4 day trip. The place was very clean and organized. Everything was easily accessible and walking distance. Lots of great restaurants nearby, the neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet.

Jane and her husband what lovely, attentive and responsive hosts who made us feel welcome and at home for the weekend. The property is beautifully decorated and felt so cosy, there is ample parking, and - there's chickens! We even received some homegrown eggs as a leaving gift. Highly recommend!

Third stay, that speaks for itself. Perfect location, central but hidden away. I just love the apartment, feels homely, quirky, individual. Always very special/ memorable staying there.

Our family stayed here - parents and four young adults. The host was response, friendly and helpful. The house was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and tidy. The location was perfect for what we needed - easily accessible to lots of activities, restaurants and places of interest. House in quiet area with excellent parking and equipped with everything we needed. Do not hesitate to recommend.

10 of us stayed and had the best time. The house was beautiful and very spacious. It had everything we needed. The bedrooms were all laid out exactly how we wanted and the living areas were comfortable and clean. The hosts were helpful and communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
