nice place just 3 min walk from great sandy beach. Despite August, this is almost deserted and a beach bar is also provided. Everything is available inside the accommodation. 2 bathrooms including shower and 2 bedrooms.

I highly recommend staying at Maurizio's if you are planning a trip to Sardinia. The home is very cozy and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plus, Maurizio made our stay so memorable with the fresh fruit deliveries and his recommendations to the local beaches and restaurants. We loved seeing the kittens every morning outside our front door and the property is so beautiful and alive. Plus, the beach is very close by and it was so much less crowded then the beaches that we visited in Northern Sardinia. Maurizio's home is a great stay for those who desire a quieter and more peaceful stay in Sardinia, away from the more touristy parts of the island. We would love to come back and stay at Maurizio's.

A clean and well-maintained cottage in a pleasant neighborhood, about 10 minutes walk from the town center and 15 minutes from the beach. The cottage is very comfortable, impeccably clean and equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, pots, cutlery, sponges, cloths, washing up products). This is important because the cottages often offered have a kitchen, but no amenities. The host is extremely kind and helpful. Easy to communicate. The stay was very comfortable.

The encounters with Gaspar and his dog Chango were very warm and cordial from the beginning to the end of our stay. La Cassetta was small and fine, with everything needed and allows a relaxing stay. In addition, a huge garden, through which our dog has extensively run together with her new friend Chango. A cozy "veranda" is somewhat hidden for chilling. Great environment with friendly and warm people. We highly recommend a short or long break at Gasparato, who even surprised us with a small farewell gift. Thank you for everything, dear Gaspar ❤️
