Monthly Rentals in Fernán Pérez

It was everything we needed, nice quiet area, lots of nature and good trails to walk on. The locals are very friendly and incredibly quick to see hello. The town is just around the corner where there are 3 large shops and two gas stations and even the Padel tennis 🎾 house was absolutely perfect, really nice little place.

You won’t be disappointed

I 100% recommend Maria Victoria's house. It is very well located and in a quiet environment that invites you to rest. The house has been recently refurbished (this is already personal but we loved the “style” and decor of the floor and certain elements such as ceilings with beams) and is fully equipped, which also makes it ideal for long stays. Communication with Maria Victoria both before and during the stay has been very good, we also found it to be a very detailed and attentive host since on the day of arrival we find some welcome details that we highly appreciated. A very positive experience from start to finish!

Isabel and Stéphane's place is very nice, it has different living spaces. I really liked the typical character in a real Andalusian white village unlike impersonal vacation rentals often present by the sea. The accommodation is well located in the center of Cabo de Gata which allows you to discover the area. Thank you again for your welcome and advice.
