House surrounded by greenery, in the Municipality of Borzonasca, inside Aveto Park. It is about 20 km from Chiavari and the sea. Ideal for nature, privacy and relaxation lovers. IMPORTANT: during the winter season the house is heated with a pellet boiler located in the laundry room that is managed by us. In one of the two rooms there is a pellet fireplace and for its use a separate payment is required (pellet consumption)

The house is not accessible by car, parking on the street is public and free, there are 250 mt walk to do on the path. Ideal place to rejuvenate body and soul!
