It is located in the heart of Bernay on a quiet street, a 7-minute walk from the train station connecting Paris, Caen, Rouen and Deauville and close to shops and restaurants. Bernay is a pleasant small town with Norman half-timbered houses, ideally located 1 hour from the Normandy coast by car (Deauville, Cabourg and Honfleur).

Bathroom and kitchen fully equipped and new. 2 bedrooms upstairs + small children’s room. An autonomous arrival is possible with key box. pony rides exclusively reserved for my tenants!

Close to the city center, shops, the abbey, the museum, the train station, the Le Piaf theater, cinemas (7 minutes walk), this house is an outbuilding of a former presbytery. Added to the charm of half-timbering is a quality renovation in 2024. Peace and quiet are a pleasant surprise.
