Very nice stay, close to all attractions and clean

We had a wonderful time at Houda’s place. They went above and beyond. Recommended activities and made us feel right at home. The riad is absolutely beautiful, well situated, clean and matches the listing’s description. Although the location is in the old town, a representative welcomed us in person and checked us in. Highly recommended.

Everything is great, Youssef, who does the housekeeper, extremely attentive and with good recommendations. The riad has a spectacular charm, it's pure immersion. The breakfast we had the opportunity to enjoy was also very good. Youssef gave us a hand looking for a guide for the visit (the topic of the guide is to talk apart because it is not really tied to the accommodation). To put a hit, the riad's patio is covered with a plastic cover, the first night was quite windy, and it made noise, but nothing that accumulated sleep to visit Fes don't fix :D You can park nearby, and then with a couple of simple directions (to be the Medina of Fès) you are ready to start your exploration. The kids really enjoyed the stay. We would definitely repeat.

Wonderful location. Many facilities for the reception in a city as peculiar as the medina of Fez. Very good, Sean and Hanae. If we return to Fez, we will return to this house.

Fantastic Airbnb with stunning views in an amazing location central to everything! Excellent communication with a super responsive host who quickly responded to any needs and helped coordinate easy transportation to and from train stations etc! HIGHLY recommend to anyone traveling to the area!!

Wonderful stay at Dar Benaress. Mohammed and Nabilla are amazing hosts. Before we arrived, Mohammed asked if we’d like a list of things to do in and near Fes that he could arrange. It was our first time in Fes so we opted for both of the local tours and the hammam. We could not recommend them more and were so pleased we did those. The tours were informative and our guide helped us shop and took great care of us. Another option we arranged for was the home cooked meal. We initially thought we’d do that only one night, but Nabilla is such an extraordinary chef that we did it an additional two nights we were there of our four night stay. The riad itself is as beautiful and charming and magical as the pictures show. If not more. Amenities were as said. We couldn’t figure out the AC but the weather was fine so we didn’t bother to ask. The location is wonderful and Nabilla and Mohammed were very accommodating on arrival and when going on excursions. Would be lovely to visit again.

Mohammed’s place is ideal for those who want to have the Fez Medina experience. It is smack in the middle of it! You can find *anything* you need here. While it seems incredibly intimidating at first, it is super easy to get from your temporary home to the Blue Gate, for example. The place has AC so it is cool which is very necessary in Fez. You have lots of room and pretty much everything you need to be independent in this town. Mohammed is kind, efficient, able, and conscientious. He organized a porter to help us with our bags (on arrival and at departure), and offered us mint tea and biscuits on the beautiful rooftop deck as a welcome gesture. That kind of hospitality is exceptional and very much appreciated. We had organized two tours out of town so the ease of finding the Blue Gate starting point cannot be over-emphasized. The place is truly as pictured, with wonderful quirks but also many conveniences. Take the paper map he offers. It works when google maps do not. Enjoy!

Such a kind and communicative couple. They ensured that the check in was smooth and took the time to send recommendations for things nearby. Noura is amazing at communication she is quick and ready to help. The place itself is very modern, spacious and comfortable.

This is a wonderful place in a great location in lovely Fes. Mohammed is a responsive and helpful host. He arranged a decent parking for us and met us at a convenient location to help us find it - not an easy task in this kind of setting. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace for breakfasts.

Very nice apartment and very functional. Nabila is also very kind and very caring. There is air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms and it is really nice in case of hot weather. There is even a master suite, i.e. a bedroom with a bathroom and toilet. Of course, there is also another bathroom with toilets in the apartment. I'm pointing this out because when I booked the apartment and read some people's comments, it says that the problem is going through the bedroom to get to the bathroom or toilet. It's incredible that customers don't specify that there's another independent bathroom with toilets. So, we'll have to go back to school and learn to count on our fingers, because that means 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. LOL. Thank you Nabila for the fruits and dried fruits when we arrive in the apartment. A small bottle of water in the fridge would also be welcome.

First, I would like to evaluate some of the workers there. I would like to evaluate my brother, Aziz, who was treated in a classy manner. I also thank my brother, the unknown soldier at the site, Jawad Jawad, who was wonderful. He served us a lot and the person is good. As for the property, it was very wonderful. It was a large, beautiful, quiet palace. A legendary palace that you do not want to leave. I wanted to extend his stay to more than a day, but unfortunately I did not find a future reservation until after several days. The cleanliness was excellent. The smell was excellent. The furniture was excellent. The air conditioning was excellent. Everything was excellent. The balcony outside the room or apartment was very excellent. The location was also beautiful, but I have a simple comment regarding the way to reach the site or the palace. It is difficult. Google Maps does not connect to the correct site, but it is better to contact one of the members of the palace and they come to you. Thank you all.

We had a great family stay in Fez! The apartment was very clean, well-equipped and perfectly as advertised. It is located in a quiet area, ideal for resting after a day of sightseeing. Lubna was an amazing host who put a great deal of care into both the place and her guests' comfort. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very quiet. It truly felt like a home away from home. Wonderful stay! Spacious apartment with multiple rooms, very clean, had everything listed, functional kitchen and bathroom, new laundry machine and lots of spaces to hang clothes. We were surprised by the great view of lawn from the living room, where we saw sheep grazing one morning while having breakfast! About 20-minute drive to city centre, good local food and neighbourhood, great value for money! Highly recommend!
