Xavier is a very welcoming, human and caring host, he did not hesitate to take the necessary initiatives to offer me a pleasant stay by offering me good places to eat. I came to Arras to take a very stressful exam and I found in this apartment, the calm and tranquility that I needed to settle down and study calmly. I recommend it without a second thought and especially if you like ducks🦆!
