I support my parents in renting out the apartment. Most of the time I am not on site, but my parents are always at home and welcome our guests personally. Beautiful partially furnished 2-room apartment on the sunny slope of Küblis. In all rooms, there is a new floor with underfloor heating as well as a completely new bathroom. The small apartment is very simple but nice. The apartment is integrated into the single-family house in a sunny and quiet location. Large parking space available.

In between is Klosters with two ski resorts, Gotschna with connection to Parsenn. Madrisa on the sunny slope with toboggan run to Saas, almost at your doorstep. Mandatory from 12 years: tourist tax/guest card Klosters-Davos 5.40 pp/day (to be paid locally) entitles you to various discounts.

Die Wohnung ist im zweiten Stock unseres Hauses und ist liebevoll im holzstill erhalten und restauriert worden. Sie ist einfach und stilvoll eingerichtet, dass man sich gleich zuhause in der Ferne fühlt. Sie ist geräumig und bietet einen grossen Balkon mit unglaublicher Aussicht über das Prättigau mit Blick auf Klosters hinten im Tal. Das Haus ist am Südhang gebaut und geniesst viele Sonnenstunden. Ruhe und Frieden sind hier garantiert! Am komfortabelsten geeignet für 4 Gäste.

Small cozy apartment on the farm

The small (about 30 square meters) and cozy 2 1/2 room apartment is located on the sunny side just above Küblis near the hamlet of Tälfsch. The apartment is idyllically located on a farm. Also possible for an extra charge a crib, high chair etc. almost everything available! (Price on request). In winter, there is the possibility to ski or sled in nearby Klosters/Davos, Fideris (Heuberge) or Grüsch (Danusa). In summer there are many beautiful hiking trails and mountain lakes.

Sie verfügt über einen sonnigen Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht auf das Jakobshorn und die umliegende Umgebung. Wir legen weniger Wert auf Modernität oder Alpentradition. Dafür umso mehr auf Gemütlichkeit, Wohlfühlen und Sauberkeit. Ankommen und sich zu Hause fühlen ist unser Motto.

Cozy 2 room apartment 36 m2 with a separate entrance. The bedroom is located in the sloping roof on the second floor bed mass two mattresses 1.80 m x 2 m. A pull-out sofa bed for one more person is located in the living/kitchen area. WiFi, parking is included in the price. Additional costs to be paid locally in cash Tourism tax: 5.50 per adult/night, 2.60 per child/night (6-12 years). Guest card benefits, free use of train and bus from Küblis - Davos.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Here you can relax in absolute tranquility in the mountains and really unwind. The apartment has two separate bedrooms and is therefore ideal for families.
