Zur Tal Station des Lifts benötigen Sie 3 Gehminuten, gleich weit ist der Bus-Stop entfernt, der Sie in nur wenigen Minuten zum Lift des Berges Maierl bzw. zur Gondelbahn Fleckalm bringt. Von hier aus kommen Sie dann in das grosse Ski Resort der Kitzbüheler Alpen. Im Sommer ist der wunderschön angelegte Kirchberger Badesee über einen kurzen Spaziergang zu erreichen. Wandern starten Sie am besten faktisch vor dem Haus. Bike Trails finden sich sowohl am Gaisberg als auch an der Fleckalm. Unweit gibt es bereits kleinere Lokale und Restaurants von tirolerisch, über italienisch bis hin zum Steakhouse. Im Dorfzentrum finden Sie Unterhaltung in Cafés, Bars oder traditionellen Wirtshäusern. Our house is located in the center of Hochfilzen. A great starting point for hiking, cycling or mountain biking tours in summer. In winter, the ski resort Fieberbrunn/Saalbach/Hinterglemm for alpine skiing is only 5 minutes away by car. Cross-country ski trails are a 5-minute walk away. Bus stop, train station is in the immediate vicinity. Tourist tax of €2.80 per person per night to be paid in cash on arrival. From November 2025, this will be increased to €3.90.
