The stay at Magali's was perfect. On vacation with our 3 children under 10 years old, we were looking for proximity to the sea, but also a beautiful house so that we could also stay quiet on some days. There were plenty of games and a Jacuzzi that made the whole family happy! We could reach incredible beaches in 5 minutes and do very nice bike tours! We recommend this house! (just be aware: there are no shutters in the bedrooms, only non-blackout curtains)

My very first Air BnB experience and I would give Sylvie a much higher rating than 5/5 if I could. The cottage is located in a small quiet town just a 12-15 minute car ride from Saint mere Eglise. For my hikers, a 1 hour and 12 minute beautiful hike down the road of Gambosville. (Which is a very beautiful walk with cows, sheep and donkeys along the way.) The cottage is very clean, cozy and warm with all that you can ask for. A comfortable bed, working stove and oven, a fridge, plenty of cookware, fast wifi and two beautiful bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub! And my favorite, a beautiful garden to enjoy with outside sitting furniture and a grill and much more! Most importantly, Sylvie is a true one of a kind human soul. She made me feel warm, welcomed and loved my entire stay and treated me like family. Making it very hard to say goodbye. I gained an unforgettable experience and a true friend that I will cherish for the rest of my life. Thank you so much, Sylvie!

We came as a family for Christmas Eve. We loved both the house and the surrounding area. The house is very nice, nicely decorated, and very well-equipped. Olivier thought of every detail to make the stay enjoyable (tourist information, board games, outdoor games, reading...). The cottage is well above the services provided by hospitality professionals. We also appreciate his responsiveness in our exchanges, his advice on places to visit and his special touches. Our children and we had a wonderful stay. Is there a higher category than Superhost???

We had a great weekend at Julie's. The house is charming and pleasant. The garden is beautifully maintained and offers a beautiful view from the veranda. The place is quiet and peaceful, the beach is close (walkable). I recommend!:)

I'm not saying how much I liked it, because I wish I could go back. A very beautiful month of May, sunny, windy, a peninsula with beautiful coasts. I would gladly go back there with 5° more to enjoy the garden more. and to check that all the birds are still there!

Daniel had given clear instructions about where the key was. But he was home when we arrived. Daniel was friendly, the house beautiful and a very nice garden with BBQ. Upon arrival, Daniel had prepared delicious things for us. A good reception. Great that everyone had their own bathroom.

We had a great stay in this very clean, well-equipped and perfectly located house. The setting is quiet, surrounded by fields, just 5 minutes' drive from shops and the center of Quettehou. We even had the chance to see deer from the kitchen window! The children's games were very popular with my daughter. A place we would definitely recommend.

We had a great time! The space was as described, clean and comfortable. The host was very welcoming and friendly, which really added to the quality of our stay. In addition, dogs are allowed in this listing, which is a real plus;) We'll be back with pleasure and highly recommend it!

Easy to find, thanks to accurate information. Parking spaces available with lockable gate. House alarm secured (operation after first false alarm good ;-). Features as described and more. Kitchen great for cooking and eating (enough space). Sleep in good beds (large with good bed linen). Rooms are good. The only drawback, since it is an old building, the floor creaks, which is audible throughout the house. So if you go to the toilet at night, the others can hear it. Otherwise, total silence and tranquility. Living room with TV (also DVD) and table football is very cozy. Pure tranquility. If the weather is a bit colder, the existing heating is available. The location is particularly noteworthy, as we all 4 agree. We had the pleasure of being there during the D-Day Festival (May 31 to June 15). All known D-Day locations can be reached relatively quickly. There are many restaurants in the area. Castles and other attractions. We'd love to come back!

Lovely cottage, very homely and walking distance to Bonne Nuit beach but is a steep incline. We hired a car as a bit isolated and wanted to see the island. Hosts were very helpful and quick to respond. Small seating area outside for al fresco dining. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

A very pleasant short stay as a family in this vacation rental full of exotic charm. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. We even had the pleasure of tasting Jean-Baptiste's good bread. Our children have befriended the very nice children of our hosts. A real good time, and a real change of scenery even for us who are Normans. Thanks to Greta and Jean-Baptiste.

Quiet stay in a picturesque hamlet, not far from Coutances to participate in the Jazz festival under the apple trees.

Have a great weekend in The Hague! Under the sun for the Barjo. Responsive, welcoming and accommodating hosts. Clean and as described. Everything you need is available to have a good weekend (kitchen utensils and BBQ, bedding, board games, molky...).

The cottage is perfect for spending some time with family. The dunes just across the street allow children to enjoy it with the parents on the terrace. The lounge area is a bit limited if there are 6 of you. But there were 3 of us, it was perfect. It's very well equipped. The beach and cliffs are a 15min walk and are really splendid. The dunes are a real playground for the kids. We'll be back!

Very pleasant time in this very well restored and tastefully decorated fisherman's house. The place is peaceful, close to the sea and invites you to take a walk. Everything is well organized to take possession of the premises easily, Marie is attentive and responsive in case of problems. Everything was perfect, I would gladly come back.
