Directly from the house with the skis on to the nearest ski lift (150 m flat) and thus have access to 100 km of ski slopes.

Quietly located pre-alpine house in the Valais Alps

The hamlet of "Hockmatta" is located about 4 km from the village center of Grengiols and is only accessible in summer, i.e. from June to October, by vehicle via a forest road. The house was built in 1766, expanded around 1910 and the upper floor was added in 1938. In the years 2018-2020, we completely renovated the basement, the first floor and the surroundings of the house, which has now been in our possession for 4 generations, with our children.

In Fiesch you will find great restaurants and the sports resort (with indoor pool) is reachable in a few minutes' walk.

Only 8-10 minutes by car from Brig-Naters, via Blattenstrasse, you reach the Wiler "Geimen". The 2 room flat has been lovingly renovated in a nostalgic and modern style. Within 5 minutes you are at the ski valley resort of Belalp, which can be reached by car or bus. The house is heated with wood with the soapstone stove from 1882. In the bedroom there is another wood-burning stove with a view of the burning flames.
