Diese wunderschöne und grosse (90 m2) Eigentumswohnung in der Heid gibt Ihnen das Gefühl in den Bergen und in Ihren Ferien angekommen zu sein. Die moderne Unterkunft, der grosse Aussenbereich mit 2 Balkonen und der zentrale Standort (500m vom Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig) bietet alles was man für einen schönen Wander-, Bike, oder Winterurlaub benötigt. Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Accogliente appartamento nella tranquilla località di Wiesen, frazione di Davos, in zona molto soleggiata con un bel balcone panoramico, scuola di sci per bambini piccoli raggiungibile a piedi e altre stazioni sciistiche nelle immediate vicinanze: Rinerhorn 10 min in auto, Parsenn e Jakobshorn 20 min, Lenzerheide 25 min. Facilmente raggiungibile anche con i mezzi pubblici (Fermata autopostale Wiesen Kirche). Tanti bei giochi di società per famiglie. Base ideale per passeggiate.

Surrounded by hiking trails and bike paths, at a height of 700m, with a breathtaking view towards the Southeast, it is the ideal starting point to discover Val Chiavenna or simply to relax surrounded by the silence of nature that reigns supreme in these places.

The newly renovated house offers an alpine, warm feel-good ambience with all the advantages. Start your hike or bike tour right at your doorstep or let the mountain railway take you up comfortably. Sunny apartment with nice views. Children and compatible pets welcome. 4 bedrooms, a living room with balcony, kitchen and bathroom with bathtub/toilet. On our terrace there is an outdoor hot tub for 5 people available free of charge. The Jacuzzi is on the patio of the house, which is shared by you and us. To get there, you have to climb a few exterior stairs. Enjoy undisturbed relaxation with stunning views!

Cozy and central: Studio with free parking

The beautiful spacious studio (29 m² and 8 m² balcony) is centrally and quietly located in Valbella, just before Lenzerheide, in the Arosa-Lenzerheide vacation region. It is very well served by public transport (3-minute walk to the Valbella Dorf stop) or by car (free underground parking included). A perfect getaway for every season: for hiking, biking, skiing, working or vacationing in the mountains.

Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.
