Holiday rentals with beach access in Finale Ligure

We stayed 4 nights between May and June. The balcony overlooking the sea is the highlight of the house: there is a small table where you can eat with a view, two flowers and a clothes rack. Everything you need. Access to the public beach is extremely easy, passing through the garages. Maria Letizia and her family were hospitable and helpful. The house is close to a bar and a grocery store and in 15 minutes on foot you can reach the Saracen village. There was no air conditioning but, during the period we were there, the two fans were more than enough, in the evening the air from the sea was cool. We will definitely return for another visit of a few days.

In a perfect location, great for two people, fantastic terrace where you can have breakfast-lunch-dinner and sunbathe. Bright apartment in a quiet building. Available host, if necessary he responds immediately. We'll be back.

We had a great stay! The location is great – the beach and many restaurants are right nearby. It seems like a place that is mainly visited by Italians themselves, which we found to be very pleasant. It was a bit noisy at night, but that's not the host's fault. We were particularly enthusiastic about road cycling in the area - a dream! Sergio's tip with Rodman was awesome, and the bike rental worked perfectly thanks to his recommendation. We were completely satisfied!

The apartment is wonderfully bright, especially the living room is very nice and cozy. In the evening, it is a bit noisy due to the great location near the beach and the restaurants. However, we would stay there again if we were in Alassio again. Thank you so much dear Alma.

A beautiful place with an incredible view of the beach and sea. The location is superb, right in the middle of the wonderful carruggi in Varazze. We loved stepping outside for our morning croissant and coffee at Gatto Nero. With the apartment being high up we felt so peaceful everytime we returned home from a day exploring. There is a lift so access is also easy. And we loved the air con ! Excellent wifi also 👌 Maria doesnt speak English so we met using google translate and whattsapp and the check in and check out was very easy. Maria responded so quickly to messages and all our questions throughout the booking were answered quickly. Maria was very smiley and friendly and offered lovely local recommendations and we enjoyed our lunch at Vino e Cucino. This truly was a lovely place in a truly lovely place. Lovely spacious flat in a great location, Camillo was super helpful and a responsive host. It was the perfect spot for our week in Finale and I would be happy to stay again.

An ideal apartment for a wonderful stay and total rest, with an exceptional view of the coast, proximity to the sea, the convenience of parking. Alessandra was very kind, she welcomed us with a beautiful smile giving us all the necessary information and was always available to give us directions if needed. The apartment is well organized, comfortable, clean, equipped with everything you need. The coast is wonderful, the sea is beautiful, there are great restaurants nearby. Absolutely recommended!

Everything was just great

Federico and Gemma welcomed us warmly with our dog and were present throughout with tips and advice. They even drew our attention to an upcoming storm and provided us with the garage for our vintage car in time. All in all very pleasant and everything according to the description. We'll be back.

Casa Rossa is truly a slice of heaven. Stunning, perfect location. Walking through the garden on the first night, we got “lost” as it got dark. And then magically these beautiful lights started to light a path up to our guest house. It brought moments of surprise and awe everyday. And everyone can use a little more of that in their lives. Tip: don’t drive your car and walk to the port/restaurants from the garden’s private gate. Tip: don’t use the AC in bedroom and sleep with windows open to enjoy the sound of the waves and ocean breeze. Tip: to the right of the driveway, there’s an amazing “hidden” bench down a long pathway - you have to duck under a tree and then when you sit - you will find one of the most beautiful views in the world. I think views like that created poetry, philosophy, and art. We had a truly amazing time. Daniela was so lovely as a hostess - thank you for our gift. And thank you to Silvio, you were wonderful at quick communication. Gratzie!

We are very happy with our stay. The house is beautiful, especially the outdoor space, a sheltered garden shaded by lemon trees, where you can have lunch, dinner and relax. The house is very clean, the kitchen is functional with a very useful washing machine and dishwasher, the bathroom is spacious with a very large shower and the beds are comfortable. In addition, Giulia provided us with a bed rail for the bed where our 4-year-old son would sleep and before arrival she asked us if we needed any other comforts for him such as a cot or high chair. The area is excellent because it is in a pedestrian area, close to shops and restaurants and a stone's throw from the beaches. The parking space provided with the accommodation is also very useful and easily accessible.

We had a wonderful week in Nadia's accommodation. Eating breakfast and dinner on the balcony overlooking the sea was wonderful. It also suited us to stay near the sea and we easily took the bus to Finalborgo for cozy dinners. Nadia was helpful and very friendly and answered the questions that arose during the stay. Small house ideally located overlooking the sea and in the middle of pine trees. Marcello welcomed us with great kindness. Wonderful nights with very comfortable bedding and the sound of waves. 5-minute walk to the beach along a nice path. Very clean with everything you need as well as small touches and good addresses. Very relaxing and rejuvenating stay!

I felt very comfortable in the apartment right on the sea. Simply wonderful. And the center is right next door. Patrizia is very helpful and always responded quickly. I highly recommend the apartment.

Great location! In the middle of the old town and just a few steps from the sea. Except for the unemptied bathroom trash, everything was very clean. Since the apartment is right on the promenade, it is noisy (even at night!). The steep stairs are not to be underestimated - an Italian coffee with a view of the sea compensates for the climb immediately. During the low season, there is plenty of free parking - but be careful not to park on the promenade, as there is also a market there on Fridays. Overall, we had a great vacation and highly recommend Loano!

The apartment is very nice and welcoming. Located in a quiet area, it is between Loano and Pietra Ligure, so that both are easily accessible on foot. Paola was very helpful, flexible and friendly in providing information regarding the reservation. Highly recommended!

We have been visiting the Finale/Varigotti area for many years and we had never found a little house with a window in front of the sea. In fact, everything in Varigotti we have always found houses with prices inaccessible for us, so this time there was a miracle. Sleeping and waking up to the sound of the waves, with our favorite focaccia under the house, it didn't seem true. The house was simply perfect as a location and very cozy. Check-in was very easy... leaving was very difficult, we would have stayed another two weeks:)

Perfect place for us to stay, the bed very comfy, good heating (it was really cold outside), the kitchen equipped with all we needed. Very much recommended space!
