Perce is the ultimate gentleman. Great communication, very kindhearted, always responsive and wants nothing more than to share his knowledge and have his guests enjoy their stay. I felt very grateful that I stayed with him. The location is across the road from an incredible beach and bay. Has everything I needed and best of all a friendly, knowledgeable local who is more than happy to help. Will definitely be back. Thanks again Perce!

Nestled a few streets back from the beach, the location was private and peaceful and only a 20 min walk to the bay. All the amenities are well maintained and was spotlessly clean awaiting our arrival.

Nice place, we enjoyed our time there... We had 2 families 4 adults and 2 kids, it was spacious, great lay out. Comfortable beds, seating areas. Close to everything you need... only complaint's was the person next to our wives.🙋🏻. Will happily stay there again Thanks

We really enjoyed our stay in Nicole’s place in Shoal Bay! Nicole had left out a bottle of Prosecco, cheese and crackers upon our arrival which was lovely. The air BnB is located a short walk (5-10mins) to the main area in Shoal Bay. Nicole was extremely response and all the instructions were super clear. She even let us have a late check out as no one was checking in that day. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend
