Ramazan was very welcoming, helpful, friendly apartment host! It was very nice to communicate with Ramazan. This is a home - an apartment, but it feels like you live in a house. The apartment is very large, spacious, bright, cozy. Our children did not want to leave this house, they very much liked it there. There is a dishwasher. This apartment is suitable for those who like to live near nature, away from the hustle of the city. A family of Cabans lives with a house. They are peace-loving and afraid of people. There is a charming beach in 15 minutes, with good restaurants. In the evening, especially romantic setting on the beach.

Everything was perfect. Place was so big and cozy, and the view was actually insane. You can see the peninsula, sunset and islands in one view in the balcony. Pool was really good too. I wanna come back here again next year. Definitely recommended. It's really close to the city center. Walking down to the city center is easy but going back uphill to the apartment was kinda hard so I'd recommend taking a cab to do that. Otherwise, location is really good.

It is very close to the center of Kaş. The room we stayed in was for 3 people and it was very nice. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

We loved our stay at this apartment! It was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We had a bit of an issue with the shower but Ahmet was very responsive and fixed this quickly, The apartment is well located and is a short (but very steep) walk into the old town. The balcony had the most amazing views over Kas and we caught some incredible sunsets! Would definitely recommend to others looking for somewhere to stay in the area.

Kaş is our annual escape into paradise. Every year we leave happy and refreshed. Staying in Gökhan’s property was no exception. We enjoyed the apartment and felt at home. Everything was smooth from start to finish. The host took good care of us. They were responsive and helpful. In our past holidays in Kaş we stayed above the city. We prefer the view of the water from there. Access to downtown Kaş is easier from there as well. This property has its own beauty, though. It is a view of the water and the mountains that shield our little coastal heaven from behind. Finding the property is not so easy at first. The roads from the highway are steep and curvy. Accessing this house from the town is easier. It takes about 10 minutes by car. But it is a nice escape from the city center. It is more quiet. This apartment is nice. I will say the pictures on the listing are amazing. It is not quite as nice in person. But still nice & clean with a great view. Overall a very good experience!

Nice spacious apartment, more then enough for two people. Pros: the apartment is well located – close to the center. The view is amazing, we were really enjoying spending time at the balcony. Cons: roosters were crazy. It impossible to sleep well, especially if you have a fragile sleep. Also it would be better to receive check-in instructions in advance.

Very nice apartment with an amazing view. There is everything needed for long stays. High-quality furniture and appliances. Nice location, close to Kash. It is very easy to get everywhere by car. We lived for a month and had time to travel all the nearest beaches, bays and observation decks. This is one of the most beautiful places, and morning coffee overlooking the sea and the islands makes it simply magnificent) The hostess was always in touch and quickly responded to our questions and requests. I had a fantastic stay at the new apartment in Kemer! The host Tunahan was incredibly friendly and helpful, and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. The apartment itself is really beautiful: everything is new, clean and equipped with every comfort. It immediately felt like a home. I appreciate how well the apartment is decorated and hope that future guests will handle things just as carefully. This stay is absolutely recommended for anyone who wants to visit Kemer!

We had a magnificent 1 week thanks to the private beach and pool. A great house that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. It was clean and comfortable. 10 minutes from Kas center, the location was very good. Thank you to Mr. Hasan and Mr. Timuçin for their prompt communication.

A peaceful holiday location among orange and lemon groves. Very close to the sea and peaceful place. The hotel owners are friendly and help you immediately with any needs you may have. I would definitely consider going again.

I stayed for 10 days. When I checked in, I got the location of the inn wrong and wandered around the neighborhood, and they came out to greet me, which was helpful. The place was very clean and tidy. The living room has two windows and is very bright.From the balcony, you can see a very nice ocean view, and I had a pleasant day. I walked to all the main tourist spots.There are some hills and stairs, but it's no problem at all to buy a lot of food and water at the supermarket and return. The only downside was that the smell of the bathroom drainage sometimes bothered me.However, the issue was addressed with a fragrance. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.I would definitely recommend this place to acquaintances visiting Kash.

First of all, I would like to start by thanking Mr. Berk and his family, we did not have any problems during our stay, it was very comfortable and peaceful. Where I stayed, there were 4 rooms and 8 beds and a shower/bathroom in each room, and air conditioning in each room, all of them were actively working. Washing machine, dishwasher, iron , ironing board, everything was ready. Highly recommend if you want to spend a few days calm and peaceful. Thanks for everything 🙏

The house has a lot of charm, it's tastefully decorated. The unit is very well described and has all the accessories that are described. We enjoyed the terrace a lot but the interior is very spacious. The hosts are very friendly, accessible, they have always answered any questions we may have had. The environment is very quiet, in addition, the temperature is more pleasant in summer than in downtown Kas. If we come back to Kas we will take over this accommodation without hesitation!! A real vacation home
