I absolutely loved staying here 🫶🏻😊🇮🇹 Paolo was so friendly and helpful! The apartment has everything you need! The view is so beautiful, you can sit on the balcony for ages! It is so peaceful. Lovely restaurants near by and cafes/shops. It really is a wonderful stay. The pillows on the bed would also so comfy!!! Highly recommend this place.

The views are breathtaking. The area is perfectly walkable to almost all the big archeological sites and good food. The apartment was huge, the kitchen was perfect. The air conditioning units don’t really work effectively, it was hot without the windows open at night. There was someone playing live music and singing downstairs right outside the colosseum every night which we loved.

We loved our stay in this wonderful flat. The location was central to everything we wanted to see, and the flat itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We especially loved the rooftop terrace. Don't miss the foot massager to help with all the walking you're bound to do!

If you’re wanting to have the perfect stay, book this place!!! Cristina and her husband are very, very helpful and beyond sweet! They left a map and explained how to get places. They also left a couple of binders full of information. 💯 satisfied on how above and beyond they went in sharing their wealth of knowledge!! The accommodations are perfect, and the little things like leaving espresso pods, cookies, drinks, laundry soap, fabric softener, shower gel, soap, shampoo, hair dryers, straighteners and even a converter were so nice to have!! Loved the neighborhood and the vibe of it!! Lots of restaurants and shops!! The restaurant literally outside the doorway was super cute, not to mention convenient. The gelato shop a few steps away was yummy, too!! Walkable to many attractions. It was easy to get a taxi to the Vatican and train station. We absolutely LOVED our stay and would stay there again!!!

We loved our stay at Lio’s place! The apartment is exactly as pictured, highlighted by a big, beautiful kitchen and huge windows that let tons of natural light into the main sitting room. All rooms (sitting room and bedrooms) have shutters to make them dark for when you want to sleep. Beds are super comfy and the washer/dryer were so helpful keeping our kids’ clothes clean. The location is terrific - in a safe and walkable neighborhood. Easy access to get around all of Rome but particularly convenient to Vatican City. Most importantly, Lio is a wonderful host! Super responsive, greeted us on arrival, and even helped settle our luggage into the flat. Couldn’t imagine a kinder host :) We hope we’re lucky enough to stay with Lio again if we’re ever in Rome. If you have any doubts, don’t hesitate and book now! Thank you, Lio, for a wonderful stay!

Rome like home was a perfect location being close to the train station. We were able to drop our bags off and go. She was very helpful with all our questions. The place is actually nicer than the photos. I would most definitely stay here again. I highly recommend.

I booked Stefano’s apartment as a surprise for my boyfriends birthday, as neither of us had visited Rome before! Stefano was an amazing host, he decorated the apartment beautifully and even left us a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate which was so so kind of him. He gave some great recommendations of places we should visit and was so responsive throughout our whole trip! The location of the apartment is amazing you can see the colosseum outside of the bedroom window, the place was extremely clean and absolutely beautiful with modern decor throughout, it was even better than I could have imagined and even better than the photos, which I didn’t think would be possible. We are already planning our next visit to Rome next year and we will definitely be staying at Stefano’s place again! I would recommend to anyone to book. Stefano thank you so much for making our first trip to Rome so amazing!!

This was one of our best Airbnb experiences ever. The location is perfect, safe, walkable, central to everything you could want to explore. The apartment itself was clean and so well appointed. The recently renovated bathrooms are so luxurious! The apartment had everything we needed and very comfortable beds. And Luigi made this experience even better! I truly appreciate his hospitality, recommendations, time spent showing us the best ways to get around. On our last day I left something behind and Luigi was so gracious and went out of his way to get it back to me so that I had it for the remainder of our trip. Luigi, truly thank you! I hope to return!

Loved the apartment and the location. It’s right next to the keyhole which was fun to see right when we arrived. Easy enough to get around and very clean. Paolo was so kind and greeted us upon arrival. We didn’t want to leave!

The place was nice in a quiet part of the city (even if there were planes flying over us, it was quiet inside and slept nicely), the neighborhood is little maintained and houses old, but otherwise everything was fine, we also moved in the evening, to the metro about 10 min. walk, close to the super shop Sacoph. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bathroom was also equipped, the bed and pillows were comfortable. Daniela is very kind, gave recommendations for restaurants, taxis, and communicated great. We also found another restaurant ourselves, and we can only recommend Osteria Amici Divini. Rome is worth a visit, Daniela, thank you 🧡

Impeccable stay. Really a house that is small but well maintained and with all the necessary comforts. One slightly uncomfortable thing, but you get used to it, is the bathroom that is small for a person over 1.70m. For the rest, everything is really taken care of in detail. Easy to reach, convenient parking. Warm and well-structured apartment. Thanks to the host Serena who was really courteous, helpful and always responsive to every message. We'll definitely be back!

Stylish and cozy home. ACs in every room. Skylights also makes this place perfect. Perfect neighbourhood to walk around and take in the beauty that Rome has to offer. Many restaurants to choose from. Flaviana was amazing to communicate for our arrival and make suggestions on her personal favorite list of cafés, groceries and restaurants.

Really nice garden flat in a great location. Walkable to the local area with loads of restaurants and bars etc but also only 30mins walk to some of the main sights of Rome. Tram stop nearby too which was really useful.

Roberto’s place in Castel Gandolfo was absolutely perfect. It’s so well maintained and has everything you may need! Roberto was a kind host that even offered to drive me from the train station. The home is in a perfect location just a 3 minute walk from the main square of the town. Definitely a slower/quiet area at least when I was there in October but stunningly beautiful :)

Fabrizio is an excellent host and greeted us upon arrival. The air bnb was beautiful and in a great, walkable location!

Sandro was an excellent host and very responsive to any questions that we had. He put together a wonderful book outlining everything from restaurants to what to expect at places of interest. We got there early and he met us at the apartment and allowed us to store our baggage until the apartment was cleaned. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling and planning on seeing the Vatican.

Very well located apartment, especially for public transport: bus, tram, metro. We'll be in the center in less than half an hour. In addition, direct access to the airport by the regional train, the Ostiense station of which is 10 minutes' walk away. Very convenient supermarket almost at the foot of the building, which is also very appreciable. If there was only one negative point it would be the noise, not in the building but around. That said, you get used to it and it's not really a problem. The apartment is nice, well-equipped. Small touches, such as the hygiene products that are provided, bottles of fresh water in the fridge on our arrival... Livia was very responsive, let us in as soon as the cleaning was finished, and especially stay longer on the day of departure, which allowed us to enjoy our last morning without our luggage... Thank you for everything and happy hosting.

Giordano was a great host. Accommodation was clean, tidy and exactly as described. Easy to find all of the tourist attractions with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We had a lovely stay!

Italia’s place was perfect!!! She sent a link to video directions on checking in which made the entire process easy. Once inside the apartment there was everything you could need. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms made traveling with a group of 3 very comfortable. There was a great coffee shop across the street and we could walk to Vatican City, a metro station and a taxi stand which made seeing the sights of Rome so easy!!! Italia, herself, was truly a super host. She replied to any questions within minutes and even helped us arrange transportation from her place to the cruise port. We were there from Monday to Friday but would have loved to stay longer. All and all an excellent ecperience!!

We had a great stay at this apartment! The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Colosseum and very close to both metro and bus stops, which made getting around Rome super easy. From the moment you enter the building, you can see how beautiful and well-maintained everything is. There’s also a lift, which was very helpful for us since we had large suitcases. The apartment itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was just as described. The host was amazing—very responsive and answered all our questions quickly, which made our stay even smoother. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rome!
