We had a great time in Nadia's apartment, it is well equipped, clean, comfortable and quiet. Nadia was available and ready in the communication, providing us with useful information on the services and itineraries of the area. The apartment is in a favorable location for the excursions we wanted to do (Lerici, Tellaro, Sarzana but also walks on the inland trails). Recommended.

We were guests of Alessandra on the bridge of the first of November to relax, visit the neighboring villages, taste the local specialties and have fun in the city of Lucca in celebration. The location is really evocative, characteristic and surrounded by greenery. In fact, the house overlooks a beautiful garden with olive trees and many plants. A home that tells a story, paintings, objects, and family collections make the structure unique and special. The room is cozy, clean, with sheets, towels, TV and comfortable closet. The spacious bathroom, also very clean. The b&b was quite easy to reach and there is the possibility of leaving the car in the private parking lot of the property. Alessandra was very professional, very kind, never intrusive and at the same time always present for any need in the structure. For breakfast he made us delicious cakes and cookies and offered many other things! We'll definitely recommend the property! Kind regards, Nick and Ila

We truly enjoyed the beautiful location, which feels like it's right in the forest. We spent our days at the river across the house and walked to the most beautiful waterfall. The town is also just a short walk away, and there were some cultural activities going on as well. Giavanna makes you feel right at home and helped us get our luggage to the house as it is not easily accessible by car. (but possible when the river is low)

Martha and Francesco’s place was great. Martha made the check in process very easy and was very responsive to any questions/concerns. The place was also very clean and has a great location within Riomaggiore. We would stay here again.

Communication with Angela was always smooth and friendly. We were able to check in flexibly and Angela responded quickly. She also responded promptly to special requests. The B&B is located just outside Pisa, but can be reached quickly via a longer walk, by bus or other means of transport. We felt very comfortable.

We only spent one night in this great house, but we'll definitely be back! Very clean accommodation, equipped with all the accessories in the kitchen, a wide choice for breakfast. Warm house, comfortable bed, very intimate atmosphere, then the relaxation room with the Jacuzzi and the fireplace is spectacular! Stefano is a very helpful and kind person, he waited for us beyond check-in time, he was out in the rain waiting for us! Great experience!

We had a great stay there! Amazing views and a really peaceful area. Silvia is a really open and cheerful person. Breakfast as well as dinner was really tasty. Definitely would love to visit it again!

Ideal…close to everything (8mm train station/ all commerce, local market/any bus ) I was afraid of the noise of the city center, but no I slept very well... pillow bed everything is beautiful qualities... the room is large a beautiful private balcony adjoining and my own private shower room and toilet for a shared apartment is great. In addition Alessandra easily uses the translator so no language problems and good advice. She even sends photos to better explain the key box manipulations, elevator, if I had a problem ( which was very easy since a few steps almost all the same!). Reactive in only 10mm...I had booked from the station and found myself in the accommodation immediately I even had snacks and breakfast available in the common kitchen reserved for the name of my room.... Really pleasantly surprised... I recommend quality price very well. thank you Alessandra.

Home away from home- Claudia and Massi made me feel welcome from the first step on their land. They love a good talk and a even better laugh, but also give you privacy when needed. The house has incredible views down the valley, comes with a big garden, and lots of little places to sit and unwind. Breakfast is homemade by Claudia everyday, and there are two lovely dogs to play with- thank you so much for your kindness, it was a real joy to stay with you! Happy to come back

Francesco’s place is beautiful and peaceful. We were welcomed with open arms. The location was easy to find and parking was convenient. The room was very clean and just like the photos. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. We loved the coffee. There is also a little store just a walk away to grab snacks. We had dinner twice at La Conca and loved it! We would recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone and hope to return someday.

We had an amazing stay! Breathtaking views, very nice room, and a lovely breakfast. Gabriele was an extremely friendly and helpful host, and if we’re in the area again we will stop by for sure!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights while visiting Tuscany. Our stay was amazing. Daniele and Maria are amazing hosts. The room was clean, breakfast was served every morning, and the wine they produce is great. The views from the accommodation are magical, and the location is perfect for visiting nearby cities. We combined work and sightseeing, and the wifi was good enough to work from here.

Elisabetta's house is lovely. It is an old Garfagnino farmhouse renovated in strict compliance with the original materials and furnished with great taste. In a panoramic position about 2 km from the village, the view is beautiful. Elisabetta was a perfect host, attentive to every detail, super helpful, thoughtful. Highly recommended stay !!!!

Excellent place, spotless, spacious. Wide common areas accessible, including a pleasant rooftop terrace with views towards the harbor. More than a kilometer on foot from the train station but the journey is easy and the tranquility of the place is well worth it.

Lorenzo and Claudia's service was excellent, 11 out of 10. The place is a paradise on earth and the mansion (not house) exceeded all our expectations. The directions for arrival and stay, always clear and precise. The lawnmower robot gave us no problems and the girls were able to enjoy the pool on a hot day. Easy access from Pisa, Lucca, or Florence. We will definitely return and use it as a reference point.

Love the location. I found the mornings to be very loud but it was overall a nice stay.

Our stay at the B&B Sottomonte was simply fantastic. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Adam, the host - you immediately feel at home. Adam was not only incredibly friendly, but also extremely helpful: he gave us great tips for excursions, restaurants and hidden highlights in the area that made our vacation really special. The house itself is beautifully located - in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, quiet and idyllic. Our room was lovingly furnished, very clean and comfortable. We particularly liked the breakfast - fresh, regional and prepared with love. Sottomonte is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the real Tuscan way of life. We would have liked to stay longer and will definitely come back. Thank you, Adam, for this unforgettable time!

Maria Livia’s place was fantastic. Spotlessly clean and well-appointed in a beautiful location. Excellent value for money and Maria Livia was a wonderful host. I would happily stay there again.

Rosa was very friendly and she did everything to make our stay perfect. The room was very nice, even better than our expectations, and the breakfast was very good and fulfilling. I definitely recommend booking here.

Elena proved to be an impeccable host. Perfect room, equipped with all the comforts but above all with those small details that make the difference in the world of hospitality. Perfect value. One piece of advice: you will need a car for getting around (in any case, a private parking space is provided very close to the accommodation).

No need to look any further. You’ve found where you want to be! Chris’s place is a piece of heaven. It is so beautifully and authentically decorated with traditional wooden beams and stunning furniture, comfortable sofas and beds with all the amenities you need. The pool and gardens are a dream with plenty of seating options and such pretty views, surrounded by greenery and full of charm. Not to mention the beautiful dogs, Lucca and Sienna and the donkeys! It is the Tuscan countryside, so don’t be surprised by the mosquitoes and the little geckos. Then of course, there’s Chris himself, who is so kind and friendly and makes you feel so welcome and at home! It was my MIL’s birthday and he went above and beyond to help make it that extra bit special! He is such a wonderful and generous host who works tirelessly to create this haven that we had the privilege of staying in. So thank you Chris, for everything! Best place we’ve stayed in Italy so far!
