Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Fiumicino

Maria’s place is located in an area very close to the beach, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants. Very enjoyable and relaxing. Her place is absolutely spotless clean. I would recommend her place and would certainly stay there again.

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

Comfortable and clean accommodation, matching the description. Area near the sea, but still quiet and peaceful. Enea, the landlord, is always available, attentive and kind. I also took advantage of the shuttle service offered to me, very useful for getting around. I had a great time!

Luigi was fantastic. He was so kind to help us store our luggage and find a comfortable cafe to relax as we arrived hours early with my elderly mother. His place had filtered water and all of the comforts of home and we could easily walk to get pizza:) thanks for a wonderful peaceful stay!

Daniele was the most incredibly warm and welcoming host, he went well beyond his duty to make our stay a memorable one. When we left we felt like we were saying goodbye to a friend :)

Exactly as listed. Great responsive host. Even had a local driver to assist us to get back to the airport. (We arrived late after a long flight from Australia and stayed 1 night before our flight to Malta so did not get to see the neighbourhood but was lovely to wake up and see the sea.) Thankyou so much for the use of your home.

This place is situated a little far from Rome central but has very reasonable bus/tram connections so getting there isn’t too difficult. The apartment was clean and well described. A comfy bed with an AC unit nearby which is needed as it does get quite hot at night. Our hosts, although we didn’t meet them until the end, were so helpful, communicative and generous. We are not wine drinkers but a bottle was left for us with a note. This would be a nice touch for those after a long day of travelling. Overall a very good experience

Great place in new apartment complex. Short walking distance to beach and easy accessing airport.

Very difficult place to get to, bus does not stop nearby, to get there only Uber or taxi and so it is very expensive to get there, I had to pay 54 euros

Riccardo was extremely gracious when we arrived earlier than expected. His directions for check in were very clear and easy to follow and he provided us with some great recommendations and directions for things local to try out and see. The accomodation was very clean, the beds comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Our family with 2 adult children were very comfortable in this space and we really enjoyed the roof top terrace in the evening. The apartment is well situated in walking distance to the beach, grocery store and some great restaurants and cafes. We followed Riccardo's recommendations and were not disappointed. The above and beyond item was his help booking us a guaranteed taxi back to the airport when we were unsure and a little nervous. Thank you for everything. Highly recommend staying with Riccardo if you're visiting the area.

Conveniently located close to Fiumicino airport. Easy parking and spacious rooms.

Perfect place for our last night in Italy. 7-10 min drive to airport. Peaceful, quiet, super clean and comfortable beds. We really appreciated the snacks and milk for breakfast too!

We stayed at Nancy’s place for 1 night as we were returning back from Positano to Rome and catching our flight back from Rome the next day. Nancy is a gracious host. She was always proactive as well as very responsive, and she even booked our taxi the next morning as it was going to be early. Her place was clean and well kept. We were thankful to get some rest before our international flight back home and we recommend anyone in the Fumicino area to use Nancy’s place for their stay.

Fantastic and super friendly host. Excellent location near the airport including an airport shuttle service a few feet away (which was told to me by the host 🤩). Gorgeous, modern minimalistic design (my fav) with an incredibly chill and relaxing balcony. You may hear some airplanes, but that is expected as you are right near the airport. Incredible place and fantastic rate.

It was very nice. The accommodation was clean and everything matched the description. The way to the beach is really not far, as well as to the supermarket. Shuttle for €10 per person to the airport was also very helpful. We were greeted by Svena and spent one night. Ideal for a refreshing break from the Roman hustle and bustle. Very close to the beach, restaurants and train station

Cristiano was an amazing communicator. He gave us thorough check in instructions and also tips for Rome. We stayed in 8 cities all throughout Italy and this was my favorite! So clean and cozy. I loved the bedding and cute kitchen. Cristiano left wine, biscuits, and tea for us!

Very warm welcome. Mattia was understanding and supportive despite a delayed arrival. We were offered a shuttle service at a very reasonable price for transport from the airport to the Airbnb as well as for our departure the next day. We really enjoyed it. Thank you! We were offered small snacks and the bathroom was equipped with different products that could be useful if needed. Small touches are appreciated! The premises were comfortable and very well maintained. We felt safe. Thanks so much Mattia!

Place was very clean as well as a super responsive host! She helped set up private transfer to the airport which was extremely helpful. Very close to airport and walkable to restaurants. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

The apartment was near the airport, just one train stop apart, which made it really convenient if you need somewhere to stay over the night before the flight the next day.
