Nice new and practical apartment with a sunny terrace. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a four person residence. It has a spacious entrance hall, combined kitchen and living room, bathroom, 3 bedrooms (3 beds: 2 x 150 cm and one 120 cm) and a laundry room. The apartment is located right by the bus stop with a 10 min bus ride to Tønsberg. It is also close to the sea and with a short distance to nice swimming areas both on Nøtterøy and Tjøme and many great excursion opportunities, sailing, golfing, guiding for trail cyclists or kayakers, or walks.

This small charming house is located in the first row to the sea at Nesbrygga, which is located on Nøtterøy. The house is renovated and throughout a high standard. Lovely views of the strait both outside and inside, good sun conditions and amazing sunsets. (no sun guarantee even on the sun coast;) Swimming opportunities are available two minutes walk from the house, and otherwise there are several nice beaches nearby. This is a pleasant place with lots of charm and good atmosphere with all opportunities to create good holiday memories.

From this central location you have easy access to everything. Tønsberg city center and the railway station are only 10 minutes walk from the apartment. There is also a bus passing right outside. The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which has a 180cm wide bed and the other 150cm wide bed. It is possible to sleep 3 people in the 180 bed if desired. There is a dog living in the apartment as usual, therefore do not recommend renting to allergy sufferers. 1 parking space provided, but there is free street parking nearby.

Duvets and pillows are available for 3 people. Bed lin and towels are brought or rented All kitchen utensils are available. Wifi. TV with chromecast. Tønsberg city is 8 km away. Sandefjord Torp airport is 30 km away.
