The accessible apartment is located in the ground floor of a solid wood house with two accommodation units in total. The house is placed in a sunny, quiet location at 1050m in height and has a beautiful view to the Dachstein massif. The ski areas Filzmoos (6 km), Flachau/Wagrain (16km) and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee (22km) are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amadee“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

There is no balcony. Please note that we are located in Werfenweng, a mountain village in Salzburg state but not in the city of Salzburg!!

Die Wohnung haben wir auf einzigartiger Weise selbst geplant und gebaut . Sie liegt sehr zentral und doch in ruhiger Lage. Eine Skibushaltestelle ist wenige Meter hinter unserem Haus. In nur fünf Gehminuten erreicht man das Stadtzentum. Wir sind im Mittelpunkt unzähliger namhafter Skigebiete (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) aber auch im Sommer ist dadurch sehr viel geboten!

Das helle Appartement (ca. 65 qm) im Souterrain bietet viel Platz und Komfort zum wohnen und schlafen. Wir liegen zentral im doppelten Urlaubs-Paradise Altenmarkt/Zauchensee. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Ortsteil Jadorf mit Sicht auf den Hohen Göll. Das Ortszentrum ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Parkplätze stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Haustiere sind in Absprache mit dem Vermieter erlaubt.
