Tree Tops - an adult observatory that has indulged in the best. Is a cottage that will captivate you. Due to its unique location in the forest, it is our most visited cottage, delighting even the most discerning guest. This wooden house on stilts is an adult observatory that has spared no expense. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

Studio 1111 with Sauna & Hot Tub

This modern apartment lays on the magical altitude of 1111m and can accomodate 3 adults. It has a wonderful mountain view you can enjoy while relaxing on a roof covered terrace. It offers a private hot tub and sauna. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, refridgerator, toaster and even utensils for you to get creative with cooking. Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

A century old Vila Vilma is a fairy tale house hidden between the vineyards. Its unique location makes it a perfect choice for a romantic getaway or a family escape to the country. Relax in the hot tub, enjoy the view from the swing or treat yourself with local wines from our wine cellar. Our delicious house wine is included in the price. Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

Sunny oasis of peace in the countryside

This house is situated in a quiet and sunny valley, surrounded by the Southeast Styrian hill landscape, Bunschen taverns, producers of culinary delicacies and the most beautiful thermal baths in the country, Bad Gleichenberg and Loipersdorf. The Zotter chocolate factory is a short walk (1 km) from the property. You will be staying right next to an entrance to the popular pleasure hiking trail. The seaside resort of Riegersburg and the castle are within easy reach by bike.

The houseboat 'Schwanennest' is located on the lake in Kirchberg an der Raab. The location offers many opportunities for walking or relaxing in nature and water sports. The cosy 19 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, heating as well as air conditioning. Furthermore, a table tennis table is available on the property.

The 70m² big house is located at a bike path and hiking path and it´s the perfect place to enjoy your vacation with up to 5 people. For free time activities there are many cultural and culnary experiences. There is the "Thermal spring Bad Gleichenberg for calming. For the athletics is the horse farm next door the perfect place to ride with fun through the beautiful landscapes of the vulcan-land and to be in harmony with the natur and the animals.

Cosy Cottage in the mountains

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.

Basement "VerLisaMa"

Enjoy the breathtaking view of the vineyards in the middle of the Riede Schäming/St. Anna am Aigen. With its rustic elegance and modern amenities, it offers the ideal retreat for couples, families and friends. It has one bedroom, bathroom/toilet, kitchen for 4 people. Sit back and relax in this stylish and modern accommodation in a quiet location in the volcanic region. Or enjoy long evenings on the jetty and cool off in your own bathing pond. There is also an infrared sauna with space for 2 people, a bathroom with shower and a toilet (both of which are accessible from the outside). The fireplace and designer furniture create a cozy atmosphere. (Note: Room height upstairs is only 1.60 m)

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
