The house has a large sun facing terrace as well as a larger outdoor area with seating. Immediate proximity to Selura, which is a popular swimming and fishing water

We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018, and has a high standard. On the ground floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside there is a difficult terrace with a lot of living space, various seating groups, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Flekkefjord is in the middle of Kristiansand and Stavanger and with about 1.5 hours drive to Sirdal. The house is located in a single-family area with about 5 minutes drive or 30 minutes walk from Flekkefjord city center. The single-family home appears to be family friendly with several playgrounds, sea, beach and forest in the immediate vicinity.

Here you can relax inside or outside, and maybe grab a BBQ meal on one of our terraces with the chickens and ducks. The river Sokna runs right past the garden. Here the kids can swim, and we have a salmon dish here. Ruggesteinen and Linepollen swimming area with sand volleyball court is 2 minutes drive from our house. 5 min by car to Knee Raceway.

Short distance to E39 which takes you to Stavanger in an hour and otherwise has good availability to the Dalane region. - No noise - No transiting traffic - Only another cabin in the same area - Poor animals in the immediate area during summer - There is no fireplace / wood stove in the cabin,but there is the possibility of a fire pit outside if desired
