Welcome to our cozy guest house in the countryside in beautiful Sköldinge, Sörmland – surrounded by meadows, lakes and grazing cows! A place for those who long for peace, nature and simple enjoyment of life. The cottage accommodates four adults and has a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, bunk bed, sofa bed and dining area. Outside there is a veranda with a barbecue grill. A five-minute walk away is a cozy swimming lake with a beautiful barbecue area. Flen can be reached in 10 minutes, Katrineholm in 15. Rides can be offered. Rural summer idyll at its best!

The studio is located in central Eskilstuna with the river a stone's throw outside the kitchen window and walking distance to restaurants, pubs, shops, parks and train station, (1h to Stockholm.) In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Enjoy this newly-built elegant accommodation with water-based underfloor heating. 30 sqm + loft. Combined oven/microwave. Smart TV With private patio facing south and barbecue grill (charcoal and lighter fluid not included). Located on our property. Our place is located in scenic Mem about 1.2 miles from Söderköping. Here you can enjoy both nature and water. Here you will find Kanalmagasinet, where you can have a good dinner in summer, or just enjoy a cup of coffee and ice cream. Distance to beach about 8 km. Europe's largest zoo, Kolmården, is within about 3.3 miles. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The house is located in the middle of the forest, it is very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent. Charcoal is available for purchase.
