Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Furnished tourist accommodation. A stone's throw from the lively Place de la Victoire, but quiet. All of Bordeaux can be visited on foot (or even by tram) from the apartment. Grand Théâtre, Cité du Vin, Rue Saint Catherine, Quai des Marques, Quartier Saint Pierre, MATMUT and Chaban Delmas Stadiums, Place Pey Berland, Bassins de Lumières, CAPC, Cap Sciences, Darwin, Botanical Garden... There's so much to do! Note: for departures on Saturday or Sunday, the cutoff time is 7:00 p.m.

In the heart of the residential and quiet neighborhood of Bastide-Galin on the Right Bank of Bordeaux, discover this 25 m² Studio located on the 3rd floor of a new architectural house. A large bay window will allow you to admire the view of Bordeaux between the Pont Chaban-Delmas, the Pont d'Aquitaine and the Coteaux du Bordelais. This studio is air-conditioned. It is equipped with a kitchenette, sofa bed, large 180 cm bed, TV, table, 2 chairs and a bathroom with toilet.
