Holiday rentals with a patio in Florence

My family just had our 3rd baby last week and as a way to celebrate and beat the heat we were in search for a little getaway. Samantha was SO helpful during a matter she did everything she could to help resolve showing above and beyond service! I work in travel and know great service when I come across it! I would 10/10 recommend this stay. So clean and set up exactly as one would need! The view is even more beautiful than the photos listed showed! We can not wait to come stay again!

We were driving down the Oregon coast and this was a good stop over for the night. I probably wouldn't stay here for several days in a row, as there is no real kitchen and such but it was perfect for a nights sleep.

Had a great time. Both my wife and I and our other friends as a couple really enjoyed the place. The day we checked in it turned out the lockbox was broken. The door was actually open, which I didn’t realize and Lindsey had left the key upstairs, but that got resolved pretty quickly. It’s an excellent location, so convenient to downtown Florence and great parking. It’s also wonderful because it’s really an isolated unit with nobody above us or below us the only things I might’ve wanted to like more is maybe more kitchen condiments or perhaps other plates or utensils but it was very nice. The only thing I’d really like to make a point of is I think the listing is an accurate in terms of the beds themselves? They’re not queen beds they’re full-size beds. They have the length of a queen bed but the width of a smaller bed. Just an FYI overall I was very happy. I love the location and the amenities of the house was great for two couples.

Really enjoyed our midweek holiday! The home is just as described and quite spacious, we especially enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. Jana was quick to respond to a couple of questions we had in advance of and during our stay.

Everything was perfect, kitchen was stocked with everything to make meals, my only thing was that the house was really creaky and could hear when the unit next to me took every step throughout the day and night

Dimitri’s place was great, and I look forward to staying again. It was well laid out and had lots of space. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was perfect! It was conveniently located and easy to find. Everything matched the description and photos.

We loved staying at Ellie’s place!! It was very cozy and very accommodating where there way many drink and snack options. Ellie was so responsive and friendly!! We loved the place!

Our large family of 6 had a wonderful and relaxing stay for the long Memorial Day weekend. Lake Front Oasis had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax and great common spaces to come together and have fun. The large playroom/lounge space with kids toys, books, and art supplies was an added bonus. We enjoyed the wonderfully stocked kitchen and grill and had everything we needed to cook meals. The hot tub and outdoor space gave us a great area to relax and hang out. We were able to catch bass right from the fishing dock and had fun kayaking and exploring the lake on our paddle boards. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels! Hosts were friendly and helpful and responsive. We had a wonderful stay and would go back again and again!

Jason’s place was just what we needed! I enjoyed going to the creek and exploring! It was perfect. Our dog loved it! We went to Florence to get some fresh crab— yum! We hope to go back!

Great location. Right across from the beach. House was comfy and Susan was very responsive to the few questions we had. Downtown Florence is a quick drive. There’s a little shop in the resort across the street for snacks and small things you may have forgotten to pack. All in all a great visit and we would happily stay again.

Leslie’s place was very homey and comfortable and very clean . We loved all the decorations and it was equipped with everything you could possibly need . We loved Leslie place and didn’t want to leave !!! I would definitely recommend if you’re going on a beach trip .

We completely enjoyed the house it was very comfortable and waking up every morning to see the Harbour seals across the bay was awesome. The house was exceptionally clean and it seemed like it was our home Very comfortable to be in. We also appreciated the opportunity to use the crab pots and chairs that were available to use. Hostess Kristi provided great communication pre/during/post stay. Easy access, very clean, lots of space and comfortable beds for the four of us. We will definitely re-book with Kristi on our next visit to Florence.

Great experience! Very clean, regular cleanings and trash day reminders. We stayed in town for three months for work at this beautiful home! Wish we could take the views with us!

We ended up with six guests sharing this space, and nobody felt crowded or cramped. This is our 3rd year in Nye Beach, and definitely the best accommodations yet for spaciousness and convenience to the relaxed area. We cooked-in and dined-out, and the kitchen/dining area was so well appointed for our four night stay. You'll find the best food options just steps or minutes away, and don't miss the Italian place right below. Beds were extremely comfortable, furniture was generous, appliances were top notch, and whether relaxing or working, we felt right at home. Really cool idea with the hoodie "Borrow or Buy"offering. Perfect for June weather on the Oregon Coast. I was really surprised how quiet this town got at night, and I never heard a sound from any other tenants or from the restaurants downstairs. We come down down for the Marathon, so a quiet place to chill before and after, is well received. Glad we found Carole's Loft. Hope to spend more time real soon. Keith's a wonderful host!

Excellent vacation spot. The condo has everything you might need. Very thoughtful hostesses. The beach is right outside the door and there are cafes and shops 1 block down the road. There are a ton of state parks nearby too. We had such an amazing trip!

Perfect location. We loved the view, the proximity to everything in Newport and walk ability to dining and shops in Nye Beach. The long stretch of beach can’t be beat. The place was so comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This place was beautiful! Super clean, beds (including the pull out bed) were very comfortable. The view is incredible with super easy access to the beach. I stayed with my kids and they didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend:)
