Spread over three floors (including the terrace), two bedrooms with refined furnishings, a comfortable bathroom with shower, sink and bidet, and another bathroom in the second bedroom; a large living room and a practical equipped kitchen and a large fridge; two air conditioners; it offers a panoramic private terrace with chairs, table and hammock, beautiful views of the Duomo, Etna, roofs and port of Catania.

Active since May 2022 and now managed directly by the owner, it is located on the third floor without a lift. It consists of 2 double bedrooms (one with bed + sofa bed), 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, small terrace and laundry. From the balcony you can admire the beauty of the Etna volcano.

This apartment is located in the very heart of Catania. In less than 3 minute walking you will be able to reach piazza Duomo and via Etnea, the most representative street of our city. It is located aswell beside the bus station, where you may find buses departing daily to the most beautiful destinations in Sicily.
