The spacious apartments are located in a modern part of the city near the promenade and the main shopping street of Catania – Corso Italia. The apartment is very cozy, modern style with elements of Sicilian antiquity. There is also a beautiful green patio with armchairs and a table with chairs for summer meals and relax. There are many shops, bars and restaurants in this area. 5 minutes for lava beach. The historic centre can be easily reached on foot (about 25 minutes), by bus or by metro.

Additionally, the villa features sea water swimming pool with solarium with deck chairs which are shared with the two other apartments on our villa.

The annex has a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen-living room. All rooms are very bright and air-conditioned, with independent heating.

Outdoor area equipped with deck chairs, table and chairs, hammock for the exclusive use of guests.
