Holiday rentals with beach access in Florianópolis

It was a wonderful stay. Very cozy flat, with everything you need for a comfortable stay and close to all the amenities of Canasvieiras and also easy to go to other regions. Liana was very kind and attentive and also flexible with checkout. Nei was extremely kind and solicited on our arrival and departure. Returning to Canasvieiras, we will certainly stay in Liana's apartment.

Excellent apartment. Very cozy and easy to find. I recommend renting a car to make it easier to get to the other beaches and downtown. Very safe and the condominium provides a chair and umbrella. The apartment has 3 suites, plus an additional bedroom. Very well-equipped kitchen and the hostess left us breakfast products. I highly recommend it

Amazing accommodation! The apartment is at the height of the treetops, which gives you surreal privacy. Very quiet, clean and complete. The gas shower is super hot, there are extra blankets and a very good air conditioner.

It's our first time in Brazil. I traveled with my best friend and arriving at Shirley's home was a gift to the soul. Cozy from the first moment, they welcomed us with their hearts. They're nice people. The room has a view of the sea and while you sleep, you never stop hearing the waves. It's like a melody for the soul. 🤍 If you're looking for something like home, this is where you have to come. Barra is very safe. You eat well and you can go out at any time to explore. It's beautiful. Thank you for the experience and for being nice people. That's very valuable to us. WE WANT TO GO BACK NOW! 🫶🏻

Second time when my family and I stayed at Daniela's house. Charming place. On the edge of the sea, the noise of the waves, the pleasant balcony integrated with the living room, the private beach where you can swim, ride sup or simply contemplate the sunset. It was another perfect family weekend!

The location is fantastic, although it might be a bit challenging for those who aren’t physically prepared—but it’s still quite accessible. Good location, good hospitality, amazing view.

The house is wonderful, beautifully decorated, super comfortable, spacious and I realized that it was built with children in mind. Before accessing the stairs, there are doors that we can keep closed for safety, and there is also an “art corner” in a small house on the upper floor (outside). The host is super friendly, nice and very helpful. If you have any problems, just send a message and she'll respond quickly and try to resolve them as soon as possible. I spent very special moments with my family and I will definitely return and recommend this place to anyone!

Extremely comfortable stay for me and my family. We went with my 9-month-old baby. Bruno and Gabriela provided cradle, the kitchen had all the utensils to cook for my family. Clean, comfortable location with a beautiful view of the balcony. This apartment is ideal for long stays and for those who appreciate comfort and privacy. We were with the whole family, a great place, near the beach and the store.

I stayed for 1 week in the apartment, it had a spectacular view of the beach, they kept many things handy such as: umbrella, beach chairs, dryer, iron, grill, heater. The most charming thing was the nearby access to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, activities, etc. The place is centrally located where you can easily get to the house and other places by Uber with relatively low prices. I would return a thousand times, John is super friendly, attentive and quick to respond to changes.

The apartment is wonderful. Everything was clean and organised, and there was everything we needed in the kitchen. The balcony gets good sunlight in the winter- perfect to relax in the hammock. We barely needed to use the car as you can walk straight to the beach or to good coffee shops and restaurants. Gabriela was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and made sure our check in was simple. We hope we can come back again soon!

It was wonderful family days, the apartment, the location and the beach of the English complete perfectly for a spectacular mini vacation. New, cozy, well-decorated, clean, very well-located apartment with all the necessary amenities for a perfect stay. I recommend it. The host Gabriela is uniquely attentive to guests, always attentive and available to help with whatever is needed. Anyway, when I return to Florianópolis to stay in Campeche, I already have the right address.

Very well located apartment by the sea, close to restaurants and bars and with a market right in front. Excellent place. I was able to work and travel as planned! A beautiful view of the beach and the sunrise, I slept and woke up to the sound of the waves!
