Very cozy space integrated with nature and the city. The house is an excellent space for hosting a group of friends and families. It has a great location close to the three main malls, bakeries, the best markets, hotels, food tours, and excellent restaurants and cafes. On the way to the northern beaches, it is in the heart of the island, between the center and the northern and southern beaches. The house is extremely comfortable, with a mix of wood, glass, and stone. The house is very complete and very cozy.
