Makian's apartment was impeccably tidy and very cozy. Very good shower! Comfortable bed and bath linens. The apartment's windows are on the side, and it is possible to have a beautiful view of the beach. Very nice to admire. Bakery, restaurant, shops… and much more, are very close to the apartment. We were treated to some pampering and we were grateful for it! The garage was a differential for our stay. Makian was always quick to answer our questions. Everything went well and the stay was great!

The home was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and everything we needed for a perfect stay. From the time I made the reservation until the end of the stay, the service was very good. The studio is a delight, it's just like the photos and super cozy. Really ideal for a couple to relax!!! My husband and I felt at home, and the only problem was that we didn't want to leave. 🥰 We definitely want to go back.

Katia's place is perfect. Staying in Beira Mar and seeing the city's movement is very special. Close to restaurants, shopping. We did a lot of things on foot and without getting stuck in traffic. The apartment served us very well because we were a group of 5 people where all were well accommodated and with privacy.

We spent great days in this apartment! It's exactly as shown in the pictures. Bed linens of excellent quality. The garage space is private. It has beach utensils at your disposal. We spent a few days, but they were great! It was worth it.

We traveled as a couple to Florianópolis and our experience was perfect. Check-in was super fast with internet info, electronic lock password and parking reservation already in hand before we arrived. The apartment has an incredible view and even with construction work in the building next door, the noise was unnoticeable. The pool view is surreal and the neighborhood has many things nearby, such as a supermarket, restaurants, the Hercílio Luz bridge, the center and the Santa Rita Warehouse, all of which can be reached on foot without sacrifice. Good bed, good internet, ideal utensils for eating, bathroom with faucet and hot and cold water shower. Very quiet. We love it and hope to come back and stay again. Julia, always helpful, allowed us to check out a little later and left us chocolate and water as treats. Worth every penny.

Perfect apartment for groups and faithful to the photographs and descriptions made on Airbnb. We went with 4 friends and everything was perfect in the apartment. We felt at home literally. Andréia was very kind, helpful and polite. The treats left in the apartment by Andréia even provided us with breakfast! Of unparalleled delicacy. The building has a 24-hour grocery store that complemented our accommodation. Porterers extremely gentle and supportive.

I loved my stay at the apartment! The location is perfect, right in the center of Floripa, with an incredible view of the Hercílio Luz bridge. The apartment is super comfortable, just like in the photos, and had everything I needed for a quiet stay. The supermarket is in the building, as well as several other shops and restaurants, which made everyday life much easier. Access to the building, apartment and parking space was super easy. I highly recommend and would certainly stay here again!

I loved the stay! Communication with the owner was very easy. He is a very flexible and friendly person. The apartment is in the center, I did everything on foot and I felt very safe, even though I was alone. The place is beautiful and very cozy. I recommend it and I will definitely go back there.

Two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, kitchen-dining room, and adjoining living room. All modern and very well set. Everything you need for cooking. The best thing is the very spacious terrace with a wonderful sea view and a heated jacuzzi that is appreciated when the weather is not very warm. 300 meters from the beach, everything is very nice. 100% recommendable.

Excellent apartment. Super complete and safe. The view, without words, defines perfection. If you're going to do the tours in BC, it's a great place to end the day, take a good bath (wonderful shower) and rest with a privileged view. I can't wait to stay there again.

Airbnb with hotel structure, with daily maid service, towels and beach chairs available, etc. Space exactly as in the pictures. Hotel restaurant with high prices, but within the average of Jurerê.

Giovana was a great host, gave us clear instructions and was always available. The apartment is great, very complete and the common areas of the condominium are also.

The Lucineia space, is exactly as described . Everything is neat and clean. Very well equipped with everything we need,and even more . The leisure area is very good , has the jacuzzi that has a heating system, for the children it was great . It was a pity that it was very windy, but we still enjoyed it. The space has a booklet with all the information on how to proceed. Lucineia was always very helpful , responding very quickly . I stayed on many Airbnb , but this one was undoubtedly the most equipped . Madcas, barbecue utensils and even games for children . Without a doubt a very welcoming space that is worth hosting .

Vanessa and her husband were very attentive to us. They waited for us to make the crossing to Barra da Lagoa. Vanessa is very calm and responds quickly. It has always helped us when necessary. Excellent stay. Huge and wonderful bathtub! I highly recommend it!

Apto very good, with good accommodation, full kitchen, very good shower, nice jacuzzi. The property is in a beautiful resort, with several attractions, such as trapiche, lagoon, saunas, swimming pools, even thermal ones that have an excellent temperature for cold days. Gicele gave us all the necessary information and was very kind in the flexibility of schedules. We intend to go back for sure.
