Holiday rentals with a kayak in Florianopolis Metropolitan Area

Definitely a paradise on earth! My friends and I spent an amazing fds in the house! We were received by Rosilene (a dear!) who introduced us to the whole house and how everything worked. Bed linen and towels were super clean and smelling. The heated pool is super warm and was the high point of the fds! The beautiful view from the inside of the water (the sunrise is a show apart!). The kitchen is quite complete and has served us super well. We recommend your stay and we'll be back soon!

The house and the surroundings surprised us a lot. Calm, family and peaceful Mto. Dani is a wonderful person, extremely kind and kind, treated us with affection. Always looking to provide us with a unique experience. The house is beautiful, wide, comfortable, cozy, so much , that we didn't want to leave. It overlooks the lagoon and it is possible to walk down with the kaiak that is provided by the space. Thanks Dani for the reception and all kindness.

Is the second time we stayed at Anisio's place. It's always a pleasure, the host is super responsive and kind, the place is cozy and clean, the external area is pleasant. 2026 we plan to stay there again! :)

The house has a small courtyard, enough for dogs to play. It has a nearby market. The beach at the front is small but good for short walks. The sunrise view is note 10.

We were very satisfied about our stay at Licia's house. It is a peaceful place in the mid of the nature, and at the same time it is well located for the groceries, beach and restaurants. We had everything we need and Licia and João were available and at the same time discreet. We enjoyed the kayak on the lake and the swimming pool. I recommend to stay at this place to explore the island!

Érika and the house is all that is good the house is a little paradise with a private beach and where you are in the house again the sea and enjoy in any way,in the hammocks the deck on the sand ,walking in the kayak. and Riberao is beautiful with its Azorian constructions seems to be stopped in time and that rhythm of life is what catches a pleasure . thank you Érika

I booked the house to rest and celebrate my daughter's 1st birthday. As a baby, the house on the sand made it easier to go to the beach and reconcile with her routine. We love the space. Wonderful view and quiet condominium. Pão was super helpful and Rose, who works in the condominium, is a lovely person. I recommend it!

This was, without a doubt, one of the best and most beautiful places we have ever stayed. Simply wonderful, the pictures show it's amazing, but in person it's so much more! Jeferson was super attentive to request. He always attended quickly and courtesy. The very beautiful, large and pleasant house. It was a very rewarding experience. Breakfast establishments in the morning, very close. I highly recommend it.

Perfect place to access affective childhood memories. Attentive reception and treats on the table, which made the arrival very welcoming. Very clean stay and with all the necessary structure for a good accommodation. The whole place is very clean and well cared for, with plenty of firewood available to keep the internal stove and fire burning, without any worries. The only detail that requires attention is the access to the space, which, due to maintenance, made it difficult for vehicles to reach the facilities, but the person in charge of the reception was willing to use the property's vehicles to take us, as well as our bags and supplies. This transport was done both on arrival and departure. I emphasize that they were very proactive and attentive during all moments of contact. We appreciate the opportunity and the experiences provided.

Amazing days, the cabin is wonderful, a structure that met all our expectations, Mr. Ernesto and his wife are very attentive and helpful. The red beach is wonderful, it was not our first stay in the region, it is worth it for those who want comfort and rest.

The accommodation surprised us. Quiet place in the midst of nature. We were very welcome, the house well equipped, clean and everything in great shape. We had a great experience, we loved the stay and we certainly recommend it.

The place is amazing. The house is very well-equipped, very tasteful and has everything you need. Everything was clean and working perfectly. Inside the property there is private access to the lagoon. It's a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Plenty of privacy and easy access to the region's beaches, markets, bakeries and restaurants. It is a special spot for those who like to stay in a place that combines tranquility with easy access to the busiest places. Siyana and Khalam were extremely loving and caring. We have our favorite little corner in Ibiraquera.

Extremely quiet, amazing place, we took advantage of everything we had right, we walked kayak, we made a fire! It was simply the desire to live in this little house, it delivers everything it promises and a little more!! It was definitely for memory and list of places to return!! We really like our weekend in the space of Thomaz and Rô. Both were very kind and released flexible checkin and checkout. Rô very friendly and worried if we were enjoying the environment that is very tasty and has plenty of outdoor activities to do as well. The house is super well equipped, airy and very clean. The place itself is wonderful. We are delighted with how beautiful the property is. Our plan was to rest our heads (we have neighbors connecting loud and neighbors with children who naturally make noise) and stay a little away from people, so this plan didn't work out, because on the weekend we were there, there was a big, noisy family occupying one of the kiosks and a loud-sounding family occupying the property right next door, but I understand that this can't be controlled by the hosts, because at the time set like silence at night, there was silence. We love the animaizinhos of the property. Overall our stay was very good!

The Guaiba Paradaise cabin met our expectations. Well located, and Isabela was very attentive. The place is a paradise, beautiful and cozy. For those seeking a connection with nature, I highly recommend it. We had unforgettable moments as a family.

João Ricardo is extremely attentive and loves the João de Barro property and shows this affection in every detail that the space has. From the great whirlpool, which even in the cold was very hot, the fishing rods, the beautiful property which has a magnificent waterfall a few minutes away. The house itself is small but has everything you need, even an internal or external sound system. The wood stove, the possibility of making a fire, everything is great, clean and organized. The firewood ran out on the first day, but on the second day he made more available.

It was a great experience! Beautiful place, quiet, many activities provided in the structure of the cabins. Very well decorated cabin, extremely clean. Equipped with all the necessary items. Hosts were very helpful, concerned about our comfort and gave tips on activities in the region. I highly recommend it.
