Disponho de uma garagem coberta para você e sua família colocarem uma barraca ou montarem um camping em meio à natureza para desacelerar e desestressar do cotidiano. Temos uma mesinha na rua, cadeiras, uma pequena churrasqueira, balanços, uma leve trilha, muito verde e natureza. Há uma imensa área comum em nosso condomínio. Estamos a um pouco mais de 1100 metros de altitude, então faz muito frio, geadas e, às vezes, em alguns anos, chega a nevar ou dar chuva congelada.
