we travel to Florianópolis twice a year. We have been staying here for more than 20 years and this is really the best place my family and I have stayed. If you are looking for a high level in everything and quality accommodation, this place is 100% recommended.

Great stay, perfect apartment, foot in the sand, as in the description, everything very clean and organized, complete kitchen with barbecue, wonderful shower, very beautiful outdoor area, complete gym, very polite staff. Anyway is perfect for those looking for tranquility and privacy.

Close to the lagoon, everything as advertised! A cozy place, with useful utensils for everyday life! Great bathroom, good bed and space to store clothes! We will definitely be back, it's a pity to leave a day early! Gabriel and Fernanda are very helpful! Congratulations on the place and care!

Wonderful place, facing the beach. Waking up with a wonderful sun in your window is very special. Going to sleep listening to the waves of the sea and seeing the place from your bedroom window is great. Itapema proved to be an excellent beach, full of activities, good restaurants, clean sand, great shops around. Kind and polite people... a paradise.

The stay was quiet. We very much liked the structure of the place, and any problems were resolved quickly by Mrs. Analu. The apartment is comfortable and well distributed, everything we needed was within reach. Welcome to the cupcake and the organization are to be congratulated!

Great place , very close to the beach, just cross the avenue. You can leave the car and do everything on foot .

Great spot in Centro Floripa

This place looks exactly like the photos. You have a beautiful view of the mountains and pasture with 2 horses. Then you have a nice pool and a short walk to a magnificent beach, Campeche. I would highly recommend staying here. Also, Renata is a fantastic host. She was super helpful, friendly and responsive to everything. Her and her husband went above and beyond to make everything nice for us during our stay. They even put in a new washing machine the same day as the original one broke during our stay. They are the best!

Bernara was an unusual host, very welcoming, friendly, flexible and extremely pleasant. Your location is exactly like in the photos, a large apartment, very well located and with everything you need to feel at home, is an excellent option for a large family. This absolutely beautiful flat is worth staying in for the view alone: we loved the hammock with the vista of the forest. The decoration was also lovely, and the neighbourhood is not only safe but leads directly to a beach and a nature reserve of dunes that is perfect for nature-lovers. Thank you very much! We'd love to be back one day.

Apt very clean and organized,has all the necessary items for the stay ,the condominium has a very good structure and private access to the beach .

The apartment is wonderful. Everything was clean and organised, and there was everything we needed in the kitchen. The balcony gets good sunlight in the winter- perfect to relax in the hammock. We barely needed to use the car as you can walk straight to the beach or to good coffee shops and restaurants. Gabriela was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and made sure our check in was simple. We hope we can come back again soon!

Wonderful stay for our group of 6 adults, 1 child and 1 pet! The property is amazing, with comfortable mattress, impeccable bedding, hot tub and jacuzzi. The residential complex is beautiful and complete, with tennis and football, playground, saunas and an exceptional structure. The beach is close, with calm sea, ideal for walks. The service was humanized and exceptional, a special thanks to Neco! Congratulations to everyone, we are already looking forward to the next stay!
