The bathroom has both tub and shower. You’ll be a few blocks from the A/C Trains with easy access to the Wall Street, The West Village, Central Park and the Upper West Side.

This entirely private 1 bedroom suite (basement level) is accessed thru my triplex apartment space in which I live with my fiancée Josh on the upper two levels. It is large, bright and airy, with 8ft ceilings. You will have the entire 800 sq ft space to yourself in which to dwell in quiet privacy and comfort. It is accessed through our living room and then two flights down to the suite. There is a fully stocked kitchenette, huge living room, and private unshared bathroom.
