Definitely a nice place to stay for vacation. Easy to get to and very accessible to surrounding areas. Not like the noisy center of Flushing, this place has less traffic although it’s next to highway but windows are quite sound proof. A Good size apartment for 1 or 2 people . Fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for the stay. Host is also very helpful, friendly and responsive. Definitely recommend if you like quality life.

Would so stay here again! Perfect walking distance to GovBall music festival. Comfy small airbnb room, kitchen is separate & downstairs. There is no stove but there is microwave, fridge, and tea kettle! Overall, great stay, and will definitely rebook for next year’s GovBall!

Alan's place was very unique, moderm, clean and perfect for working from home. The location was also great. The area was very quiet and people seem nice too. I definitely recommend this place for resting or working from home. Alan provided quick responses which was also very convenient. People would definitely have a confortable stay here.
