Holiday rentals with lake access in Folkestone & Hythe District

Tim was a super and very responsive host. The property is nicely furnished and centrally located. The only point I would make is that if you have toddlers / small children, you should be aware that the front door is right next to a busy road (with only about 1 metre of pavement) so attention is needed when accessing the property. Inside, the stairs to the bedrooms are rather steep, so your children should be clearly told that they are not for playing on! Thanks a lot Tim for a nice stay.

Très agréable séjour chez Stéphanie. Le logement est bien situé dans une copropriété de standing propre et calme. Belle terrasse sans vis à vis permettant de beaux repas avec le parfum des pins. Le tout est situé à 15 min à pied en agréable balade du front de mer. Le logement était très propre, literie très confortable, et salle de bain fonctionnelle. Je vous recommande à 100% cette jolie maison !

Het was een genoegen om hier te verblijven. Het huis heeft karakter, is groot met een leuke veranda met entertainment. Verder heeft het een super mooie en grote tuin. Maar vooral de verhuurders zijn super lieve en warme mensen. We voelden ons meer dan welkom, ook al waren we te laat en hadden wa nog vanalles vergeten bij het uitchecken. Wij hadden een super leuke tijd.

Nous avons passé un super WE dans une maison très bien équipée, confirmé à l’annonce. La propreté irréprochable . L’environnement extérieur avec terrasse et jacuzzi très apprécié !

Amazing location just behind a sand dune off amber beach. Perfect place to stay with kids, lots of games and activities if it’s raining and the beach for when it’s not! Great and clean facilities - everything you could need for an escape to the seaside!

We had a comfortable stay at Claudia's apartment. It is a brand new development. Communication with Claudia was good with quick responses. We had a minor issue upon arrival which was solved fairly quickly following a call with Claudia. Also, the check in instructions could be a little clearer for which we have provided feedback so this should be better for anyone staying after us!

Absolutely lovely stay, very clear and exactly how it looked in the pictures, very close to everything, within walking distance. Very friendly host and great communication! Thank you Joy will definitely stay again in the future

I never met Catriona but talked on the phone with her. Self check in with the lockbox. It's a 5 minute walk to the sea. I only stayed a couple of nights and didn't cook. The flat was clean and comfortable. I felt free and at home.

Simone is a very hospitable and helpful host. Self check-in and check-out went smoothly, clear instructions. Clean apartments with everything you need. Beach is very close, beautiful views. We really enjoyed our staying.

Our family had a wonderful few days at the gorgeous Oast House property. Stunning setting with views across the fields. Local walks were great and maps available, along with local attractions all close by. Heather prepared an amazing meal for us which was well worth the money and the property had everything we needed for a peaceful and enjoyable few days away from the big smoke. The guest book in the property says it all about what a fantastic place this is. Highly recommend and look forward to returning soon.

Great cottage, very spacious, very clean, comfy furniture. Nice touches such as tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets, washing up sponges and lots of toilet rolls. Jo was super easy to communicate with and gave us lots of recommendations for activities for our toddler in advance which was very useful.

Absolutely lovely cottage. In town for a family wedding this was perfect. If looking for charm and a great location to go places in Kent from this is perfect. Richard was a great host, friendly and leaving us plenty of information on how things work. The location is great for those who enjoy the countryside. Take a walk on the local footpaths, enjoy the soothing flow of the nearby river. Thank you Richard.

Lovely accomodation! Although we were only able to stay for a short while, we still had a lovely time. We thoroughly enjoyed the woodland walk (and so did our two chihuahuas). The property was immaculate too. Thank you!

Such a lovely Airbandb in the middle of the English countryside! Lambs and resident horses graze next to the barn with fresh air and kind hosts. The barn is renovated with thought - both a bath and shower - open kitchen plan and loads of light. We enjoyed every minute and thank Andrew for his kindness.

Georgia's a great host. Her property was very clean and cosy inside and looked great! Not much to do around the area food wise but the lovely property beats that! Would recommend to anyone

A lovely little cottage with everything we needed and more in an unbelievably beautiful setting. Big windows in the living room and bedroom look out on a little lake with an island where we could sit under the trees surrounded by primroses, violets and wood anemones and see thrushes, blackbirds, robins - and two big geese! Lots of nice pubs and an excellent local shop are nearby and Sissinghurst Castle Gardens are only 5 mins drive away.

Perfect location for our weekend in Eastbourne. Lovely house: clean & homely. Lovely courtyard garden in which to relax in the sun. Plenty of on-street parking (free). Tesco Express & Co-op on the doorstep, plus lots of little local shops/takeaways, cafes etc. 20 min walk into Eastbourne town centre. Just lovely. If we come to Eastbourne again, we’ll certainly re-book.
