We had a lovely stay at Coleen's place, it was super homely and a lovely retreat near the beach. She was quick and proactive to communicate with us and offered us a late checkout unprompted. Parking isn't the easiest as there's no on site parking but there's nearby street parking.

We've stayed with Liz a few times now over the years and the place is impeccable as it's always been. All the facilities and amenities are very good.

Really cosy but well-equipped space, amazing location for access to Port Lympne Safari Park and the surrounding areas. Very thoughtful touches of produce and home made bread on arrival! Could not recommend higher, lovely place to stay

Rebecca and Kevin’s place is cosy, beautifully decorated and conveniently located - near the station and walkable to the beach. Rebecca was very responsive and welcoming, making sure I have a comfortable stay. Will like to stay here again next time I’m visiting.

Beautiful place to stay. The views are wonderful and lots of nature and wildlife. Suite is a great size, we enjoyed having a glass of fizz on the balcony in the sunshine. The host was very responsive and there's a lovely pub a short walk away.

We really enjoyed our stay in Hilary’s cottage - stunning and peaceful surroundings lovely touches of bread milk butter home made jam and marmalade . Beds extremely comfortable and the house beautifully cool in the extreme temperatures we experienced these last 4 days. It’s not posh (Hilary says this herself) but has charm and character. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again. Hilary is a charming hostess

Steven and Tina were very welcoming and greeted us with big warm smiles it made us feel very welcome the place itself is very beautiful and peaceful. Had a lovely stay over the weekend and would definitely book again and recommend anyone else to do so as you will not regret it.

Had a wonderful stay, very cozy accommodation. Very clear instructions on how to use the utilities. Very close by to a large Sainsbury's, walking distance to the High Street. It's connected to the b&b but has its own private entrance. I got to meet with Sandra who was a lovely host. Would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Seascape, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Naomi was a great host and we appreciate all the extras povided: croissants in the freezer with jam and chocolate spread, butter and milk along with tea and coffee. The toiletries were very nice and it was great to have the use of a washing machine. Seascape is up a hill but is manageable and also a bus stops not far from studio. A lovely base for exploring Whistable and the area.

Dan. What a great place it was perfect exactly what we were looking for spotlessly clan a well equipped but we didn’t use much as we arrived late due to delays in France. I know you will do well with this first rate offering. KR JvB

Loved our stay here. Had everything we needed. Easy to find. We walked to Deal the first evening, quite ambitious but can highly recommend! Sadly the weather wasn’t kind to us on the walk back! The second day we walked to Walmer Castle (15 minute walk) and we also visited the micro pub in Walmer which is a five minute walk round the corner. Loved the accommodation and the location. Would definitely return again to explore more of the area.

Rogers place was as described, small, peaceful and very clean (no crumbs in the toaster, and kettle descaled, fridge/ oven very clean). The welcome booklet for guest was very helpful and detailed. After excursions by the beach and town centre it was lovely to return to a more peaceful and quiet area. Our dogs felt very peaceful and calm in Roger’s Shangri-La de dah. Roger was very helpful and responsive to our questions and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely book Roger’s place again.

Perfect for getting a good night's rest before hopping on the ferry or just exploring the area.

I stay here at least once a year, and have done for a few now. The standards in the Annex are very high, always spotless and clean throughout. Everything you need is always there so it's becoming a home from home for me. Unlike other places I have stayed in the standards never drop, and your never taken for granted. Christy and Nick are always welcoming, responsive and above all helpful if needed. I have not met better hosts like these ever. Many thanks for another very pleasant stay, and see you next year if not before.

Without wanting to sound like a broken record, this place is small but perfectly formed. I will definitely be back when visiting friends and family again. Garden was a necessity for my dog but really pleasant to sit out in the morning with my coffee. Lots of great space saving ideas, plus very comfortable bed, good quality bedding and towels. Lovely peaceful few days.

Love love love this little gem of a property. Perfect for what I needed wish I had enough time to spend more time. Very comfy & homely. Perfectly situated for walks & views. Ssshh don’t tell everyone. I will be back next time I am across in the spring. Very friendly and also discreet and they are available for you if needed.

Stayed here for 2 nights as son was attending a fuction in Tunbridge. The Annex was lovely, had everything we needed, was very comfortable and spotless. Suzanne had thought of everything in what was supplied including a great selection of tea bags! So many thoughtful touches for guests throughout the home. Information pack was great and very useful. Loads of kitchen equipment and very comfy beds. Thank you for a lovely stay.

What a clean, cosy and very tasteful annexe Kristen has Right opposite the beautiful Alexandra Park and about 10 minutes walk to the Town centre The bed is extremely comfortable and the bed linen and towels are really nice. The place was spotless and in very good condition. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for and extremely good value stay in Hastings. Thank you Kristen, it has been a fantastic weekend for us
