The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

Supermarkets are within a few minutes' walk. Bus stops are in the immediate vicinity and the train station can be reached in a short time. Bludenz is the ideal starting point for various hiking and skiing areas. Arlberg, Sonnenkopf, Montafon, Golm, Gargellen, Brandnertal…).

The apartment is located on a hillside with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60 m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are located on a slope, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise hardly any cars drive directly past the house as we are the second-to-last house in a cul-de-sac.

Relaxation in the countryside and the city

Just 10 minutes from Bregenz and the lake, we offer a spacious apartment with a terrace for relaxation and views of the Bregenz Forest. You can also enjoy the location without a car. The bus runs every half hour right in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, an extra bed for toddlers, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Hiking and cycling trails are very close to the house.

The Anna apartment offers a combined kitchen/living room with dishwasher, a living room with sofa bed and TV, free Wi-Fi, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. After a short but somewhat steep walk to the bungalow, you can enjoy the view of the Alpstein with our local mountain, the Säntis, on a cozy terrace. There are many walking and hiking opportunities directly from the house. Please note: From the parking lot, it is about 100 m on foot relatively steep up the hill to the beautifully located bungalow on the edge of the forest.

Guest accommodation on farm

In our former, newly converted barn, we offer simple but fully equipped 44 square meter accommodation for uncomplicated guests. Our farm is located in a quiet and beautiful environment. We run an organic farm with cows, chickens, horses and cats. Our garden invites you to linger and in case of rain there is a covered seating area. A sofa bed is available for a child, and a travel crib can also be accommodated. Welcome!
