Holiday rentals with a patio in Fontanelle

Perfect stay right near the beach that felt like home! This property has super comfortable beds, nice linens and many little things that made for a very relaxing stay. We thought we’d visit a number of the villages in the area, but found ourselves just wanting to relax at the house and on the local beaches instead. If we come back to the area, we are 100% staying here again. Also, although there are good restaurants in town, cooking was easy bc there’s a BBQ on the patio, lots of spices and pots/pans to cook with and plenty of plates/cups/glasses/etc. It’s a well stocked kitchen - much more so than many other places I’ve stayed. If you’re thinking about this place, stop looking at other options and book it. You won’t regret your decision. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!

Magnifique logement ! Nous voyageons beaucoup et nous avons déjà fait beaucoup de gîtes. Celui-ci est un des plus beaux! On dirait un hôtel ! Propre, très spacieux, lumineux, moderne, bien équipé. C’est une résidence privée de plusieurs appartements avec barrières de sécurité, piscine, terrasses, jardins très fleuris. Daniele est très gentil, nous avons même eu des spécialités locales en cadeau. Nous avons pu visiter le Salento (Maglie, Otrante, Gallipoli, Leuca…) mais il faut faire quelques kilomètres. Il y a des supermarchés et restaurants à proximité. Cerise sur le gâteau, nous étions seuls dans la résidence durant 4 nuits : tranquillité, calme et piscine rien que pour nous, un vrai bonheur ;-)

Logement très propre, très calme, mais il faut noter que nous n'avions pas de voisins au dessus. La terrasse avec vue sur le jardin est très agréable.

Marion est une hôtesse remarquable, qui a fait preuve d'une grande bienveillance durant tout notre séjour. Elle nous a attendu malgré un retard de plus de 2 heures de notre vol et avait procédé à la réservation d'un restaurant à notre demande. L'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de soin et de goût, les lieux sont d'une propreté irréprochable. Du café, du lait, du thé et .. une bouteille de Proseco nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Une terrasse ombragée avec une vue sur le Dôme et une cuisine d'été sont accessibles et permettent de passer de longues heures de détente. L'appartement est situé dans le quartier historique de la ville, de nombreux cafés et restaurants sont situés à proximité, accessibles à pied. Nous avons passé une semaine formidable.

Alles hat super geklappt und hat uns gefallen. Aufgrund der sehr schnellen und freundliche Kommunikation vor dem Aufenthalt waren wir gut vorbereitet. Vor der Ankunft übernahm dann ein Kollege den Kontakt und wir wurden vor Ort empfangen. Alles hat super geklappt, wir bekamen die Wohnung gezeigt und erhielten weitere Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Bei Fragen, die sich während der Zeit noch ergaben, erhielten wir sehr schnell eine Antwort und Guiseppe war ein hervorragender und super freundlicher Ansprechpartner. Das Parken Parken vor Ort ist nicht ganz einfach, aber es gibt einen großen Parkplatz 2 Minuten vom Apartment entfernt, den wir nutzten. Alternativ kann man auch über Fiorenza einen Tiefgaragenplatz buchen. Das Apartment selbst ist nicht riesig, aber sehr neu und gepflegt mit großem Bad und kleinem Balkon von dem aus man etwas das Meer sehen kann. Ideal gelegen an der Promenade hat man alles – Shops, Lokale, Strände – vor der Tür.

Nous sommes restés 5 nuits dans cet appartement. La terrasse est incroyable ainsi que la vue mer !!!! Bien situé, supermarché à 8min en voiture, le petit centre ville est accessible à pied. Appartement propre et fonctionnel, néanmoins il est très mal insonorisé, nous avons entendu très distinctement les voisins d’à côté et au dessus. Il y a également une boîte de nuit à ciel ouvert à 400m, cela a été très bruyant mais sur 1 nuit seulement, mais il s’agissait de la fête nationale !! Les bouchons d’oreille ont réglé le problème !

A great apartment in a great location. It was a quick walk down to the marina and into the old town as well. There was a beautiful view of the sea and lovely garden as well. The host was very responsive and always made sure we had no problems. Check in and check out was very easy, and we were met by Alfonso for check in and he showed us around the apartment and explained how things worked. The apartment itself came with everything you would need; it was spacious, cool and clean. There is also a dedicated parking spot. We would definitely stay here again!

Ein richtiges Schmuckstück! Sehr geschmackvoll und behutsam renoviertes Haus. Check in und Check out mit Marco total unkompliziert. Die Lage war für mich perfekt und hat ein sehr angenehmes Umfeld. Parabita ist charmant und für Kunstinteressierte ein Highlight. Wunderschöne Strände ganz in der Nähe mit einem Wasser, das mich fasziniert hat. Ausflüge in die umliegenden Orte waren für mich spannend. Sehr authentisch. Ich bin begeistert und werde Marco auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser modernen, minimalistischen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Villa. Die ruhige Lage und der grosse Pool war perfekt, um zu entspannen, und doch waren wir in wenigen mit dem Auto an den schönsten Stränden von Salento. Dankeschön an Giulia und Michele, die sich um alles gekümmert haben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Geweldig verblijf van 3 weken in Villa Boho, mooi huis met zwembad. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst. Elke dag worden de kamers en het zwembad schoongemaakt. Geeft wel wat onrust omdat men niet op vaste tijd komt zoals we hadden afgesproken. Bij aankomst deed het warm water het niet en de lampen buiten deden het niet allemaal, na heen en weer appen werd er wel gelijk wat aangedaan. Uiteindelijk na 2 dagen hadden we voldoende warm water. De buitenverlichting werd ook gerepareerd. Huis mooi en de inrichting met smaak gekozen. Zeer goede bedden en kussens. Voldoende handdoeken en een badlaken. Wat jammer is dat de 3 kamers in souterrain niet verbonden zijn met het huis. Je moet altijd buitenom naar de huiskamer en keuken. Huis is voor maximaal 10 personen maar er zijn maar 4 ligstoelen bij het zwembad. Zullen zeker nog een keer bij deze host een huis boeken.

Wir (7 Pers.) hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Sara. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allen, was man braucht. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Ensuite Badezimmer. Die großzügige überdachte Veranda gibt ausreichend Schatten bei Sonne bzw. ermöglicht es, auch bei leichtem Regen Outdoor zu sein. Der Infinity-Salzwasser-Pool mit Meerblick und die Outdoor Küche mit Gas- und Holzkohle-Grill sind ein echtes Highlight. Ebenso die Rooftop-Terrasse mit Meerblick, die wir für Yoga Sessions genutzt haben. Die Lage ist super ruhig in einem Villenviertel. Die Villa hat einen traumhaften Tuffstein-Garten. Santa Maria de Leuca ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Dort gibt es kleinere Geschäfte und ein paar Bars/Restaurants. Zu unserer Reisezeit (Mitte Okt) war einiges jedoch geschlossen. Wochenmärkte, größere Supermärkte und Restaurants in den Nachbarorten zw. 5-8km entfernt. Sara und Sergio (Ansprechpartner vor Ort) waren jederzeit erreichbar und super hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung. María es la mejor anfitriona del mundo. Me ayudaron a alquilar una auto, me buscaron en la estación de un pueblo cercano y hasta me dieron su prosciutto y un vino para la primera noche. Amable y generosa. María y Mauricio son especiales. Solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento. Y el lugar es una belleza espectacular. Una confabulación ideal para la vacación perfecta.

Of all our European travels over the last few years this is perhaps the best apartment we have stayed at! Incredible location with tons of character. Bonus: breathtaking views from the rooftop terrace! Comfy beds (1 Firmer & 1 Memory Foamlike) and excellent AC when you need it. This apartment is close to everything in Old Town, great shops and restaurants and you can catch a bus and be at a beautiful beach in less than 30 minutes ☀️ Emanuela is an excellent host and was prompt in her responses to any of our communications. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Matteo's place was great! Walkable to the beach/marina, lots of different restaurants, old town, etc. We even found some hidden stair paths up to old town that made the trek easier since there's a lack of sidewalks. The place itself had laundry which was super helpful, and was very clean and spacious. No full kitchen, but the fridge, microwave, and coffee machine were all we needed. We don't speak much Italain, but Matteo's mom was still quite helpful with checkin, and Matteo was super responsive. Bonus, there were land turtles in the backyard, and a stunning view of old town! AC worked great too.

Le logement est cobforme au descriptif. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans une maison typique de la région, à l'intérieur des terres mais à proximité de nombreux lieux touristiques notamment sur la côte. Un endroit calme où se reposer après une journée chaude et active, pleine de découvertes. L'air conditionné dans la chambre est un plus. Et par dessus tout, un accueil sincère et chaleureux :-) Merci pour les petites attentions :-)

Merci Pasquale et Paolo pour l'accueil et le séjour. Tout était parfait ! L'appartement semblait déjà beau en photos mais il était encore mieux en vrai. La déco, la douche et la cuisine avaient été refaites. Ils avaient prévu tout le nécessaire pour notre séjour avec notre bébé : table a langer, baignoire bébé, chaise haute, lit parapluie, mixeur pour purée, poussette et même parasol et 2 chaises pliables (qui nous a permis de lui faire découvrir la plage de sable, a 5 min à pied de l'appartement). Parking dans le jardin, vue sur mer, cuisine tout équipée. Machine a laver et machine a café avec des dosettes également. Tout était hyper bien pensé pour que nous passions de bonnes vacances. Jusqu'aux moustiquaires. Ils avaient même prévu une carte et nous ont recommandé plein d'endroits sympa. L'appartement était également très propre. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour notre prochain séjour et recommandons a 100% leurs logements

Departamento bien ubicado cerca del centro histórico para ir caminando. Con estacionamiento privado, buena calefaccion y terraza grande. A una cuadra de un supermercado. Se puede ir en auto a Otranto, Torre dell'Orso, Castro por ejemplo. Nos gusto mucho.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti a Casa Giada. Giardino grande e recintato in tutta sicurezza per il nostro amico a quattro zampe. La casa rispecchia le foto, cucina pulita e ben attrezzata, camera da letto spaziosa e confortevole. Il bagno seppur piccolo era pulito e ordinato. Nell' armadio abbiamo trovato biancheria sufficiente e pulita indispensabile per il nostro soggiorno. Ottima climatizzazione della casa che ci ha permesso visto le alte temperature di riposare bene. Antonio è stato un host disponibile, amichevole e molto gentile. Sicuramente lo consigliamo e ci ritorneremo.

Wonderful location! Everything worth seeing in Lecce is walking distance. Sarita went over and above to make us feel at home. It can be loud out night but it didn’t bother us too much

Wonderful, spacious and very clean apartment. Amazing views from living area and balcony. Although on a busy road the apartment is very quiet and very secure. The check in instructions were clear. A few minutes to the old city where there are many restaurants. Also close to mini market. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Abbiamo Trovato questa casa pulitissima con la piacevole sorpresa di trovare anche sapone e generi di prima necessità già presenti nell'alloggio. Godrum è stata gentilissima e sempre pronta a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza. Per quanto riguarda la posizione dell'immobile posso dire che Felline è un piccolo paese con solo i servizi di prima necessità. Se si necessitano di maggiori servizi occorre arrivare alla vicine Ugento. Per il resto direi che la posizione è strategia per raggiungere le spiagge di San Giovanni e Torre Mozza. Con qualche chilometro in più si raggiunge anche Leuca e la famigerata spiaggia delle Maldive del Salento, personalmente trovo estremamente sopravvalutato questo poso e troppo turistico, del Resto ad Agosto la Puglia è letteralmente invasa da turisti, tanto da trovare difficoltà nel trovare uno spazio libero nelle numerose spiagge presenti.
