Upstairs, 2 attic bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds), as well as a bathroom/toilet. Free parking on site, garden view, swimming pool and on clear days the Pyrenees mountain range. The accommodation at the gates of Gers is close to J. Curie, the expressway leading to Colomiers and the Airbus factories, and Toulouse.

Die ca 40qm grosse Einliegerwohnung mit eigenem Eingang liegt nach hinten raus, ist ruhig und bietet bequem Platz für 2 Personen. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem 1.40m Doppelbett. Das Duschbad und die Toilette sind voneinander getrennt. Von der gemütlichen Küche geht das Wohnzimmer mit einer 1.10m breiten Schlafcouch ab. Dort ist auch ein kleiner Arbeitsplatz mit WLAN vorhanden. Wichtig: Nichtraucher Unterkunft! Das Apartment liegt unweit von Plaisance-du-touch (4km) und Toulouse (19km)

Our studio is located on private land next to our house. It was refurbished in 2022 to accommodate workers from Monday to Saturday. It is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with a terrace. Private and secure parking with direct access to the ring road (15 mins airbus, 25 mins from Toulouse, 5 mins from Isle Jourdain). Ideal for 3 people maximum. Breakfast is included (detailed below). Linens, towels, duvet and pillows included. All you have to do is drop off your bags.
